Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. So rude and unhelpful.
Ordered a book with estimated arrival of 1-2 weeks, on day of expected delivery message was sent that “it’s delayed until further notice”.
A week later I wrote to ask if they know new estimated delivery time and receive literal feedback “we don’t know, when we know, you will know”… ok, is it a week, a month, a year… honestly never experienced this unprofessionalism

My experience is bad
My experience is bad. I have been ordering w book called “Macht” and ordered it on 8th of February. I have been waiting for 5-6 weeks now and still haven’t received it, been sending an email to Bruna and they said in their email that the book expected to be on 10th of March, it’s now 20 and still haven’t received it please do something about it Bruna.

Giving wrong impression to customers
I ordered a Dutch language book for my class and it was mentioned as 'next day delivery' for the order. Now I have no book for my class today , event worst Bruna sent the package in a regular mail letter box according to PostNL. It may take up to 5 days to deliver what PostNL says. Do not believe the next day delivery at all.

Bruna is unbelievable
Bruna is unbelievable! One of the better meals that I’ve ever had. Our group went twice in 3 days and enjoyed everything on the menu. Tomahawk, Clams, Octopus Carpaccio are all amazing! The attention to details on the drinks was unbelievable (all of the Mezcal drinks were delicious).

Unfriendly personnel,
I was in Toolenburg, Hoofddorp Bruna in order to send back a package. However, the individual who was working there behaves so badly and aggressively and she was not friendly at all because I didn't stick the code's paper on the box. I would never visit that place again.
