First class service as always. Guys were nice and polite on arrival. Asked them to check something specific. They checked, explained and booked me in for a further fix which happened today. Again, on time, polite, no fuss and sorted.

I recently had a Midea multi-split air conditioning system installed by Brookhouse Gas Services Ltd, and I cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire experience was flawless.
The installation was quite complex, involving routing the pipework through the loft to keep the front facade of my house perfectly clean and tidy. The team executed this brilliantly. They worked in an extremely professional manner, showing immense respect for my property. They were exceptionally clean, careful, and efficient throughout the two days they spent here.
On top of their top-tier workmanship, they were incredibly polite, friendly, and more than happy to patiently answer all my questions and explain how the system works.
The Midea Breezeless-E units look fantastic and perform amazingly well—it truly was the perfect choice for our bedrooms. Thank you to Nick and the whole team at Brookhouse Gas Services for such a fantastic job. A well-deserved 5 stars! 🌟

Appointment easily booked over the telephone at a time and date suited to us. The engineer was on time. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He quickly found and rectified the problem.
