Cannot fault, 100% Recommended!
Totally professional service, engineers respectful, friendly and efficient. Kept me informed, minimal inconvenience ie- services being turned off kept to a minimum. All areas left clean and tidy.
Would definitely use again and will be having back annually for boiler service.

I’ve recently had a full gas central heating system supplied and installed by Shelter - Adams Ltd and I am delighted I was recommended this business.
The whole process from them coming to take a look and advise what we needed and providing a competitive quote to the lads who came to do the installation was smooth and stress free.
They were all so polite, friendly and professional they kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards.
I would highly recommend Shelter-Adams.

Fitted an oil tank for me in late May and did a very good job with the fitting, was told they will come back and connect everything up when I have oil in the tank.
Despite many many phone calls and text I finally got them to return on Friday 18/08/2026

This is the second time I've used Shelter Adams for a boiler installation, and once again I've been extremely impressed with the service.

From the initial survey through to completion, the communication has been excellent, the quote was quickly provided.

The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Everything was completed neatly and to a very high standard, with the team clearly taking pride in their work. They were clean, tidy and completed the installation quicker than expected without compromising on quality.

Having now used Shelter Adams twice, I'd have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from initial quote to installation, advised boiler most suited to us, arrived on start date and finished in 3 days clearing all rubbish leaving everything tidy.

We had a new Combi Oil boiler fitted today by Shelter-Adam’s (Bewdley). They gave the best price I could find, turned up on time and did the job brilliantly. We have been using this company for a few years now. They've serviced our boiler and gas fire a few times and recently fitted a new boiler. Really happy with all of their work and the prices are very reasonable. Couldn't ask for better. Their engineers are always friendly too

When we had problems with our old boiler, Rob sorted us out. A couple of years later we needed a new boiler so I asked Rob to install one. He did the job and sorted out our blocked radiators. Good job, well done.

Rob went above and beyond to fit my mums new gas fire. She is very pleased with it

We recently had a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler installed and our old system with storage tanks removed.

They did an excellent job in good time and for a reasonable price. They were very friendly and were even able to do some extra work we requested.

New boiler.
Difficult job as we had a traditional boiler and wanted a combi.
Moving pipes and cupboards etc. However the job was very neat and the lads were spotless, moving anything carefully and laying covers everywhere.

Excellent communication both before and after work as well.
