I chose Bbox, they deliver to Post office, i chose address, they select delivered, but my parcel never found.

The postman didn't wait for a reply and threw the package over the fence. Don't use bpost, you're losing customers.

Why do you ask me opinion only when the delivery was fine? Yesterday it was fine but today the postman had two registered letter for my husband and me but he did ñot even call any if us. We are at home all day!

The reason why i dont give u guys 5 star is only the fact that when i want to recive my packet i want it to adress and i wait the packet to come but its always going to bbox or the post office its not a big of a deal but yeah although the service is good .

Never delivered on time lately and not at the chosen location despite having paid for shipping to a more ecological friendly place. I understand not being able to deliver to the original location but pick one close by as a replacement and not one so far away each time. As a disabled person that cant drive and walk far distances this has been such an inconvenience!
