Popped into store today , I have been going through chemo and struggling to draw my eyebrows . Forgot the name but the girl was amazing, colour matched me and drew them on and showed me exactly what to do . She also offered me to go back in if am struggling and they show me again . As someone who is nervous and very anxious about the changes in my appearance she made me feel so at ease and relaxed would definitely go back

I loved the experience at BPerfect Cosmetics at Blanchardstown. Mega is an excellent professional, my makeup was perfect and my hair was amazing too. I highly recommend their services and products. Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

I ordered a brow pencil with free gel mascara, the gel mascara didn’t arrive with brow pencil, I contacted perfect and gel mascara arrived the next day! Great service!

Ordered from BPerfect on a Sunday morning, on receipt of my confirmation realised I had the wrong address in for postage of my package. I emailed to ask would it be possible to change the address. Deborah got back to me very quickly - I didn’t expect a response to at least Monday but she had it sorted before Monday. Very grateful for this quick and efficient service.

What a great shop in abbeycentre. The staff are fantastic 😊 they were so helpful and lovely, was just a great experience being in the store today....will be buying from this store from now on.

Ann, has been very helpful and extremely good to reply to my emails regarding being charged £6.99 p&p to the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 we are not in the EU so shouldn’t be getting charged the £6.99 it should just be normal standard p&p prices. Ann kindly has refunded me my p&P and said she will get this issue solved, so that it doesn’t keep happening as it has in all my previous orders. Thanks so much Ann for all you help with this issue Angela 😁

I placed an order for instant tan however put through the wrong colour, I immediately emailed customer service but as it was a Sunday I didn’t hear back until Monday so thought it would be too late but no, I received an email confirming they changed my order to correct colour. Amazing customer service! Still to receive my product so can’t review but really pleased as customer service is as important and quality of good ordered!

I've known about Bperfect for a while so recently bought the Indestructi'Brow dual-tip brow pencil. I have patchy eyebrows due to bad waxing experience so was delighted to find a product that was easy to use and looked natural. I've used it 3 times and it's finished already. A good product but works out too expensive, sadly 😥
