I received my order of Skin Tint promptly from BPerfect. Unfortunately, the tube seemed to be just half full....on pressing the tube to release some product onto my brush, the tube was almost flat by the time any product appeared. I emailed customer service and my complaint was resolved quickly by Deborah, much to my satisfaction and appreciation. A satisfied customer.

I have no stores close to my home so used a guide online to try match my skin tone online. I ordered foundation and with the packaging it needs unsealed to be able to see the colour, I did not use the foundation and the bottle shows this, I contacted bperfect to ask can i return as it was expensive and I just need a lighter colour, they responded with a very cheeky customer service member to say they cant help me, not even offering to let me return to prove the make up hasn't been used/touched, how is anyone supposed to match their skin to foundation if they dont do proper matching or let you return unused products? awful service, awful customer service, will not use again and would advise no one else to.

I have used BPerfect on a few different occasions over the past few months and I have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful. This morning I needed to contact their customer services in relation to a mistake I had made with an order. I would like to thank Deborah in the customer care team for handling my issue. I purchased an Island edit bag in store and upon opening the bag I discovered a product was missing. I contacted the customer care team to try and resolve the issue. Deborah got in touch very quickly and consistently until the matter was resolved and offered me the range of shades to choose from for the item and has arranged for it to be delivered to my address.
