Excellent response from customer…

Excellent response from customer service.
I received my order of Skin Tint promptly from BPerfect. Unfortunately, the tube seemed to be just half full....on pressing the tube to release some product onto my brush, the tube was almost flat by the time any product appeared. I emailed customer service and my complaint was resolved quickly by Deborah, much to my satisfaction and appreciation. A satisfied customer.

Awful company

Awful company

I have no stores close to my home so used a guide online to try match my skin tone online. I ordered foundation and with the packaging it needs unsealed to be able to see the colour, I did not use the foundation and the bottle shows this, I contacted bperfect to ask can i return as it was expensive and I just need a lighter colour, they responded with a very cheeky customer service member to say they cant help me, not even offering to let me return to prove the make up hasn't been used/touched, how is anyone supposed to match their skin to foundation if they dont do proper matching or let you return unused products? awful service, awful customer service, will not use again and would advise no one else to.

Thank you for your email, please be aware we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products. If this is the case I have attached our return policy below. Please do not worry about having a printer just put a note in with your return containing the details requested on the form. Please keep a copy of your postal receipt as proof of postage and address FAO Customer Care.

Missing item..solved within seconds

Ordered from a tik tok live and when my order was delivered I noticed an item was missing. Once I contacted their customer service, it was no hassle at all I had the missing item delivered the following day. Thanks again

I’m very impressed

Ordered a fake tan aerosol, tan mitt and lashes to try and had a little delivery hiccup — it was marked as delivered somewhere I don’t even have! I contacted customer services and they sorted it so quickly, sending out a replacement order which arrived safely. 🌟

Really impressed with the service and speedy resolution. One very happy customer! 💕

I have used BPerfect on a few different…

I have used BPerfect on a few different occasions over the past few months and I have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful. This morning I needed to contact their customer services in relation to a mistake I had made with an order. Ann replied back within the hour to say the issue had been rectified and my money would be refunded.

Amy at your Enniskillen store

Amy at your Enniskillen store. She is a credit to your organisation. I went in today for some advice about foundation. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what I was wanting to achieve. She sat me down and colour matched my makeup. It was an absolute pleasure and I was delighted with the results. Millie her colleague was also in the store and she too was so nice and friendly. Thank you 😊

Customer care excellence

I would like to thank Deborah in the customer care team for handling my issue. I purchased an Island edit bag in store and upon opening the bag I discovered a product was missing. I contacted the customer care team to try and resolve the issue. Deborah got in touch very quickly and consistently until the matter was resolved and offered me the range of shades to choose from for the item and has arranged for it to be delivered to my address.

Ordered the tanning oil .and it happened to open in transit and got all over the other few bits in the box . Contacted them and was taking to ann and had a new tan on the way

Awesome service!

Awesome service! I made a mistake on my order which was being shipped overseas and Deborah was so helpful in getting my order corrected before it was shipped. In doing so, she saved me time and money! Thank you so much!! The dual eyebrow pens are fabulous, if you haven’t tried them, you need to!
