Your merchandise are quality and unique, but you need to expand your sizing to plus size. I only make order when I really like the item and it fit comfortable. That fact that plus sizes are not available stop me from making many purchases from Boston Proper.

Boston Proper can make a good fit for all sizes. They design nice clothing that is durable and wearable. I have a couple of travel suits that need zipper replaced. I can easily repair those item.

Quality of clothes is great.
Your return policy is not well built. You need to figure out how to provide a prepaid label at least and free returns at best. It is a major turn off unfortunately.

BUT because the clothes are really nice I will keep shopping.
