1. The seller is breaking the law by not adhering to Consumer Rights Act 2015. 2. Their agents refused to start a complaint procedure which is against the law.
3. They are not forwarding the complaint to their management, which is against the law.
4. Their return system is broken.
5. I returned all the items in their original condition and thry are refusing to refund.

Item ‘delivered’ - it wasn’t and the ai bot for customer service is awful!
I ordered on boohoo.com for an item through one of their ‘partners’ and the item magically said delivered when it wasn’t.
I have been waiting since July 1st for a resolution, was told it would take almost a week to get an answer to a simple question of replacing the item I had not received because the delivery driver put it in a ‘safe place’ that doesn’t exist on my property or with a neighbour.
I was asked if I wanted a replacement today as the partner has agreed to it and Now I’ve replied to an agents question on the app, the ai bot has started the whole process again?
I used to use boohoo all the time but I have plenty choice words I could use to describe the service I have received since the item was dispatched on June 25th?! I want a refund and to speak to somebody on a live chat, not waiting days inbetween messages. Absolutely atrocious service and I’ll be taking my money elsewhere in future.

Paying but not receiving goods
My order was delivered in several packages. One of them was not delivered but they say through sending pictures of the other packages that it was delivered. So ended up in paying for something I have not received. The support is not working well either. Difficult to reach, long answers no personal contact. Sorry that my first delivery from them was so bad. Will keep myself away from this company.
Last Boohoo Order - Returns Policy
I won’t be ordering from Boohoo nor any concession within its wider Debenhams parent group again, on principle. Having paid £3.99 for delivery, I was sent the incorrect item. However, to return this item cost me a further £1.99 which will eventually be deducted from the refund amount I will receive. The customer should not have to pay an additional (item return) charge for Boohoo’s incompetence in its basic retail activity of selecting and sending the correct product that was ordered. While £1.99 appears miniscule, it nonetheless represents a 50% increase in delivery charges. If this occurs on a regular basis across the entire Debenhams retail group, however, it is a great money making ruse where the customer ends up with nothing but the company inflates income made from delivery charges in reward for its own potentially deliberate error.

Awful. Returned my whole order, reported it on Klarna. Boohoo only refunded me for 2 of the 4 items I returned, I complained and said I had returned all 4 items in the same parcel and then they came back to me to say ‘sorry for the confusion’ and still only refunded me for 1 item! Just don’t bother ordering as it will only cause you headaches. They delete all negative comments from their instagram posts as well
Disgusting customer service experience
Disgusting customer service experience. I selected next day delivery my parcel should have arrived on the 3rd of July. I raised a complaint with them using messenger. Staff were extremely condescending, expecting for me to go away and wait until the 12th of July. They also kept directing me to seel, when it's them as a merchant that are responsible for fulfilling the promise of 'next day delivery'. All in all an awful customer experience. I won't be shopping with them again.

Dont order if youre from Switzerland
If you order from Switzerland, just know that you have to place three payments; one for the actually order, second for the custom (zoll) and an extra payment for Asendia (Post) which was super annoying. As a big company, I would assume that you can make this costumer friendly and communicate when you place the order. This also means you cant really send items back because the shipping will cost you probably more than the ltems itself. I didnt recieve all in one parcel and the costumer service didnt know where the other parcel was. At the end I didnt recieve a part of my order and it took over 15 back and forth mails with AI Bots to receive a refund. One jeans had a brown stain on the back that looked like blood, I even send them a picture but they didnt agree with me so I let it go. I really didnt have a high expectation from a fast fashion brand but this was super unnecessary plus most of the clothes are going straight to the bin because they not great.
Terrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed with Boohoo’s customer service.
I paid for Unlimited Next Day Delivery because I expected a reliable service. My first next day order arrived incorrectly, with the wrong items. I contacted customer service but they were unable to resolve the issue.
As I urgently needed the correct items, I had no choice but to place a second order and rely on next day delivery again. Despite paying for the service again as my account did not recognise the previous unlimited delivery , this order was not delivered the next day either.
I contacted Boohoo again, but this time I received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay extra for a service that isn’t provided and then be ignored when trying to get help.
Based on my experience, the customer service has been terrible and I would not recommend paying for Unlimited Next Day Delivery.

Save your money and find somewhere else to spend it. THE worse company in existence. Cocked up my order by sending a duplicate item, wouldn't send the missing one until their mistake had been rectified by me. Then needed 15 days for that to be processed. Absolute s#@t show.

Returned an item 23/06/2026 they received it 2 days later!!! I’ve had no communication from them whatsoever.
I’ve had to go out of my way to contact them in order to receive an update about my refund. They first tried to lie and say they received it on 29/06 - I had to show proof for them to then say it was received on 25/06. Only to be told I have to wait 3 weeks or longer from the date of return to get my money back!!! This is outrageous! Never in my life have I experienced this before. I’m disappointed with them to say the least. This will be the last time Boohoo gets my money… Boohoo DO BETTER!!!

Shocking service
Having only even using Boohoo for a short time and cannot say I am happy. Wrong items delivered twice, waiting an eternity for a refund I still do not have and no follow up when you raise customer service records. All you get is platitude and very little action. Do not use unless you are desperate. Its like a full time job chasing all the issues.
