Iam really not shocked at Debenhams…

Iam really not shocked at Debenhams reviews the service is so bad , I made contact re a parcel that’s has not turned up after 7 days which for next day delivery, i made contact asking if they could resend or refund , unfortunately not they have to wait until the 19/3 and then look into so I am out of pocket and no product , terrible service . Can I add you can’t speak to a person !

Terrible service from evri can’t speak to anyone , they have lost my parcel .they keep saying they are contacting me for which I get an email saying there contact me tomorrow and so it goes on . Poor poor service

I purchased some earrings which show as…

I purchased some earrings which show as small studs however upon arrival they are the size of plates, I didn’t take them out of the package and emailed quiz who said I could not return them normally I would agree with this however they are still in the bags unopened and also the impression should not be small . Not happy at all!

I wouldn’t give a star what a rip off…

I wouldn’t give a star what a rip off ax paris are , I ordered a top which said size 8 more like a 18 they don’t sell a smaller size so I have no choice but to return I paid to have it sent now they want to charge 6.95 for a return some of which a processing fee what a rip off so I all I have spent ovef10.00 , I wouldn’t buy again .

The dress I ordered was poor quality so I returned the dress, Dlsb confirmed receipt of dress , as yet I still have not had a refund . I have sent 3 emails and have had one response which said they are busy . Very poor customer service

I purchased a leather bag in November…

I purchased a leather bag in November we are now in February and the leather is pealing away from the bottom , so I emailed the company no response, so sent another this time I got a reply saying this is normal wear and tear for a bag of 4 months old!in the mean time my friend bag is far worse . I guess they are saying the bags are poor quality and won’t last !

Not giving accurate information

When I purchased my car I was advised by the sales guy that the SD card for my car would cost approx 200.00 so you can image my horror to find out it is 600 , just say you don’t know don’t guess iam really dissapointed that a big garage can’t be clear and transparent, or is a sale and commission more important that being up front and honest
