I bought two iPhone cases from this company. One of the cases was faulty - the little clasp did not work so rendering the case useless. I attached two photos to show the problem. The other case works perfectly. After many emails to their support team I was offered a $4 compensation on a $24 case that was useless. Back and forth again and it went to $8 - back and forth again to $12. Then nothing - ghosted - no further communication received. Consumer rights allow you to expect full refund on faulty products. Not with this company. Small amount but very annoying. Buyer beware.

Terrible experience. They send the wrong items and refuse to reckognise the mistake. In front of clear fotos of their silly mistake they say "this is not a quality issue".

Never again!
After 8 weeks still no item received.
Seller claims it has shipped but has no tracking number!
Money refunded via Paypal

ordered some phone cases 2 months ago and they still not have beeen delivered, they were providing me a fake tracking information, now the tracking result is showing that the shpmt arrived 20 days ago in a city in my country 200 km far away and it still not been delivered. I did asked for a replacement shpmt at their costs, but they‘re continue sending me messages that their freight forwarder won‘t reply on them. I asked to reviel forwarders name, they refused. THESE GUYS SUCK‘S DON‘T RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong case and won't take any accountability for it or refund me, even after multiple emails with photographic proof of their mistake.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Never again.

I ordered a phone case from them before researching and I immediately felt scammed. They overcharged my card $6 and I reached out to them and they actually did refund me the $6. I emailed them for a tracking number and while the tracking through their site showed my order moving through Denmark, the tracking they emailed me showed transit in China.

It took close to three weeks but I did receive the phone case and am happy with the purchase.

That said, they are not a scam. At least not with my order.

Scam!!!!!! Site kept saying “Payment method: connection timed out, please try again” Ended up with multiple orders because despite this misleading message, the actual payment was still processed, but done so later so you don’t realise it’s actually gone through and you keep on trying.

I bought a nice metal phone case on boho-spring for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. A MagSafe metal case. When I received the case, it didn’t lock securely enough and the clip kept coming undone this causing the case to fall off. All I would do is pull it out of my pocket and the case would rub on my pants on the way out and come undone. I dropped it once and the case practically fell off. The cell service with that metal case was very poor too! So, I contacted support via email and they replied and said send a video of the issue to which I did. They replied to the video and said it didn’t show there was a problem and sorry for the inconvenience; basically, nothing they can do for me!!!!! I’m upset. I spent like $30 plus shipping on that case and it took a month to get here since it shipped from overseas. WHICH I ALSO DIDN’T REALIZE. I’m not happy with this website.

it's a 100% scam.
Yesterday 18 Oct it was a month since I placed an order for iPhone accessories.
I paid an urgent delivery cost of 3-7 days.
Even after a month I did not receive the products. when I tried to notify them of the issues, they answered me and assured me that the products are on their way. I did this 2 times but each time they didn't give me any tracking number.
when my patience had no limits, I asked them to give me my money back because I no longer need their products. They Banned me in Conversation and sent me a fake tracking number. since then he has not responded even to email.

This was a total scam, I bought phone products that I never received. I was also charged more than the price advertised for a phone case.
