Faulty product not refunded
I bought two iPhone cases from this company. One of the cases was faulty - the little clasp did not work so rendering the case useless. I attached two photos to show the problem. The other case works perfectly. After many emails to their support team I was offered a $4 compensation on a $24 case that was useless. Back and forth again and it went to $8 - back and forth again to $12. Then nothing - ghosted - no further communication received. Consumer rights allow you to expect full refund on faulty products. Not with this company. Small amount but very annoying. Buyer beware.
