Found banggood on the net and thought would not be nice. Then figured out it was awesome. May not be well know but much better then Amazon. The staff addresses your all minor problems. Amazing shopping experience. Will always keep high regards to BANGGOOD!!!!!

Always shipments arrive on time and well packaged and good prices. Whenever I contacted customer service - I got a good and professional service.
Once happened shipment did not arrive - I got a refund and shipment arrived two days later - of course I returned the money back

My first purchase was a Nine Eagle Quad copter. It arrived and depicted on their site.
I banged it around learning to fly it, and broke a motor. I ordered a new motor and other accessories including two batteries. When the packages arrived it appeared as if one of them had been opened and was missing two batteries.
I contacted Banggood service. They asked me to take a picture of the items I had ordered with the packaging and labels. I took a photo of what I had since some of the items I had already put to use. The immediately sent out two replacement batteries. For their excellent response, they have gained a loyal customer.
