Been on the phone for another 3 hours with Appel telling ties and Contradicting each other one person says something then another says another I just wish I didn’t buy a iPhone or Appel care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH APPEL CARE YOU CLAIM AND THEY GIVE YOU THE phone back worse then when you went in there robbery really don’t wanner help just waste your time and be rude never again
