Perfect customer support and fast delivery! I made my order from this site because the quality of the items

I ordered spare parts for the first time for my Sage Oracle, which has broken down five times in three years, and now when the warranty has expired I have to troubleshoot and order from BSC myself.
Great website and fast delivery to Sweden. Ordering from BSC and fixing it myself was faster than the service center in Denmark was every time I sent it to them. I’ll have to see how long it lasts this time, but at least now I know who to order from.

had high hopes; but 3 weeks and no delivery to UK, and poor support experience, i asked for full refund

- delivery to UK failed miserably; no delivery attempted bc "wrong address" handed over. Jarrad & team offered little help other than "wait for return to sender"
- their phones dont accept VoIP; meaning international customers have less chance of contacting them
- glitch in their system meant they couldn't respond to @icloud.com addresses. no proactive phone call to address the issue from their side.

+1 star for taking initiative to contact me from a gmail outside of their system, and being decent to refund me after i requested.

Good prompt service. Unfortunately, the parts didn't fully fit my old grinder but after speaking with Blue Star I get the single dose converter working.

Machine is great, the price was good and the product was well packaged and shipped promptly. Blue Star were one of the only suppliers selling the latest version and with a UK plug too - great.

I did have an issue though, upon delivery the machine was not fully functional. It turned out that a couple of connectors were loose inside the unit. I had to remove the cover, find the loose connectors and then plug them back in myself. Since that basic fix everything has been fine.

It seems unlikely these connectors would have been shaken loose in transit given how stiff they are so I can only assume they were like that when they left the warehouse, perhaps they arrived like that from the factory?

So it's all fine and the product is not faulty but I was a little frustrated to have to fix a brand new machine before I could pull my first shot of espresso. At this price point I would expect every unit to go through a final QC check before being shipped out.

Never received the item. I’d give zero stars if I could. Now they sent me a reply, saying it was delivered. Not to my house. By the way, if Blue Star people are reading this. What carrier did the delivery?
