This company is a complete joke. I bought a $15k engagement ring. The stone fell out 3 months later. I sent to their service that took 7 weeks to get back to me only to tell me it's not covered and will cost $320 to repair. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down without a doubt the absolute worst shopping and customer service experience I have ever had. Had to call different numbers and different levels of customer service seniority to find out my order would be late. Once I found that out, ring was deliberately held from shipping because of inability for anyone to communicate the change of address to correct for the late delivery. Then I was gaslit by customer service on the reasons it was delayed, was told I would be compensated for self-proclaimed by blue nile bad effort. “Compensation” was $300, hardly 2% of the order. Then you had the audacity to tell me I could get 15-20% off of a future order, which is comical to think I’d go with you again. Oh and the sales associate tried to put a $6,000+ order on my account that I had to cancel. We never talked about the item they added. Everyone who has asked me about your company has been flabbergasted and disgusted by your company. It’s a shame.

Total sh*t. 1 year old platinum ring literally fell apart while we were just sitting there, watching TV. Blue Nile's "lifetime warranty" didn't cover it, they charged me $500 to repair it, and I've been getting automated emails that say "sorry for the delay..." for 2 fkg months! Definitely take your business elsewhere!

I ordered an engagement ring. I felt the entire process was smooth and the process was easy. The amount of selection could be daunting for a guy who doesn’t know much about engagement rings but after asking my future fiancée discreet questions, I was able to use the filters to find the perfect ring for her. She absolutely loves her ring and is constantly showing it off to everyone!

The purchase process went really well and my order was delivered on time. I was very excited to receive my ring and could easily login to see the status.
The ring itself is not quite what I was expecting. The band seems thinner than it looked in the photo and the pear diamonds are cloudy.

in-store (Boca Raton) return experience was not too pleasant. store representative was behaving like she was doing us a favor. not welcoming, not a single polite word. it was very obvious that she's not too excited that I bought earrings online, tried in store and decided to return there. Asked to show a few more options. she did, but again with the same spirit. I visited blue nile stores in 3 states - had completely different experience.

I purchased the 5-carat diamond stud earrings based on the photos shown online. In the product images, the diamonds appeared to sit low in the setting, close to the prongs, which would allow them to lay flat against the ear.
Unfortunately, the earrings I received looked very different. The prongs were much longer than shown in the photos, causing the diamonds to sit far away from the ear instead of flush against it. Rather than looking like classic diamond studs, they hung down from the ear and resembled drop earrings.
I was disappointed because the actual product did not match the appearance depicted online. If you are looking for diamond studs that sit flat and close to the ear, be aware that the setting may not look like the product photos.
