Beautiful bouquet, but…. Some broken flowers (again) and plant food was missing. No response from BloomOn till date after submitting an inquiry immediately. Flowers already starting to decay after just one week in due to that.
Also…deliverer clearly is a smoker. The flowers smelled strongly like cigarettes when delivers.

Update: I have changed this review to now be a 5-star review based on the customer service. Sometimes things don’t always go right with orders and that is just part of buying online, but the support afterwards can make your experience of a company 100% positive. If only all companies had the customer service you have, it would make shopping a more positive experience. Well done, Bloomon!
Having spent nearly £40 on some dried flowers, my wife (who knows her flowers) was utterly disappointed with them. Some of the stems were just pretty ugly and some fell apart when taking them out of the wool. She used to love Bloomon when we had our subscription but these dried flowers were very poor. The only reason it isn’t one star is because the base was nice.

Ordered flowers at loveyou girlfriend job. We’re supposedly delivered after 7pm on a Friday (she wasn’t there anymore ofc). When we checked during the weekend, they weren’t even there.

In order to surprise a friend, I decided to order flowers from BloomOn. It was the first time I did - the reason not to go with another company? Their beautiful bouquets and incredible colours. Prices are perfectly fine as well! Delivery took place 4 days later - on time. The flowers were a perfect surprise and now - after 3 days, they are getting more beautiful day by day. Will order again!
Easy way to order flowers and let them be delivered. Perfect service.
Second time i purchased flowers with a custom written card. Now unfortunately they forgot to add the card :( the surprise was a bit ruined.
Order was day delayed. As we were not home that day I filled a complaint. Order still got delivered and put in the middle of the sun all day. After opening the vase was broken in pieces. Filed again a complaint. New delivery will be done tomorrow. Resolution was done kind and with speed.

Have been buying bloomon for two years. When we started we got a good selection of flowers but over the last 12 months we are getting less and less. Not what it used to be :(

Always the most beautiful flowers. Different from all other flowers I have had. Very unusal and beautiful. They always email the week before to remind you your flowers are due, which makes it easy to change your delivery if you are going away. Best flowers ever and they last for weeks.
The delivery was super fast and easy. My only complaint is that I ordered the peonies for an amount of 40.95 euros. The flowers looked nothing like the photo. 4 of the flowers were already completely in bloom. For this price I should have gotten way more flowers than what I got. I don't think I will ever order again.

I was on holiday, ordered for valentine some flowers.
they didn't arrive !! Then we scheduled another day through messegener, for another adress, but you guys sended it to the same adress. The surprise and the day was not as planned and we even had to pay more for the valentines delivery.
You guys are trying your best to compensate, thank you for that. but the service wasn t good enough.

The ordering was easy and fun. The bouquet was fabulous. The price was right.
The only problem - it was late 😕 I ordered at 15:00 on Monday, for our anniversary on Tuesday. The flowers came around 17:00 on Wednesday 🤔
