Totally missleading business that just makes money missleading customers into believing that they will get flowers from a "local" florist, "near you".
When I eneterd my postcode for a Wrexhan, North Wales delivery, the flowers were coming from London! Hardly a "local" florist. When I tried a different design, they were from Cheltenham. There were no items or designs from any florist anywhere near to Wrexham or within 100 miles. Total scam!
Do NOT trust this shady outfit, make sure you order directly from a genuine florist that is actually local. You will get better service, better value and flowers that are hand delivered by the florist and not sent via courier!! This business does not actualy produce any produtcts, they just take a big percentage of your money for nothing, simply listing other businesses products and missleading people in to thinking the flowers will be from a local business. Shameful!

I will NEVER do the business with this company again
Recently I ordered tulips for my girlfriend from this online store, I payed extra money to get Superior option (which should be 40 tulips) and I payed in total $179.63. I received maybe 20 flowers all together so 50% less that I payed for and I'm very not happy with this order. Similar bouquet with MORE flowers I could buy on Amazon for $49.
Customer service didn't help me at all, they offered me 10% discount in next purchase. I wasted so much time to write emails to them and I don't need your 10% discount, you sent me 50% less flowers so I want 50% refund. If you cannot fulfill orders, you shouldn't be running a company like this. Ill never do the Business with this company again.
I'm going to write complain about this company and I going to write as many negative reviews about this place as possible, everywhere on the internet where it is possible. People beware and don't do the business with those people.

Two days later, three more notifications confirming that the order is not delivered (which it is not), and noone even tried to contact me. Requested a refund but silence so far. Very poor service, will be doing a charge back if the official refund is delayed any longer
They did NOT deliver and they WASTED my time
If it’s not a scam, it certainly looks like it. I ordered a same day delivery. Two days later the flowers still haven’t been delivered. The recipient was present and was never called. Support pretended to try contacting the florist and kept saying they were waiting for an answer from them… for 40 hours. Eventually I had to order somewhere else, yet they kept refusing to refund me, claiming they were waiting for an answer, even though it made no sense to deliver the order two days late, and in any case there was no sign that it would ever be delivered anyway. After insisting dozens of time to get a refund, after two days of wasted time, it took that I post the first version of this review for me to receive a copy-pasted message that didn’t give an explanation for the failure to deliver and just mentioned I would get a refund after 10 working days.

Terrible service. I pais extra for same day delivery which never happened. No response to emails to their support team. Have asked for a refund - never order from there.

Selected same day delivery, didn't arrive. Didn't notice initially and had to take it upon myself to investigate. The order was cancelled and refunded after several days waiting. They apologised, but the flowers were still available online to purchase for that location which shows how they run their business.

You can literally send anything in 30 mins in London, so how do you manage not being able to deliver it in 9 hours same day?

I ordered same day flowers for a friend on their parents passing anniversary from a group of us.. like we do every year.
Took my money, picked my flowers. All good.
Nothing updated on the day and I thought nothing of it, maybe something happened and it would be there the next day. No.
I get in touch with their CS team and they said the florist didn’t have what they needed, but just didn’t tell me? So they will look for an alternative.
Fine… will they look the same? No reply. Another day dragging on. They let me know after chasing that they are looking for another florist. Okay, fair enough. The new agent actually seems like she’s trying at least
I wait another day, nothing. I chase. They say we haven’t been able to do it and just refund me in full without that ever being my choice.
Something is clearly going horribly wrong for them which is such a shame as I’ve used them loads before and had the most beautiful flowers delivered.
Hopefully whatever is happening right now eases off them. But for now, I’d avoid

Floom ruined my Valentines Day Gift
Floom ruined my Valentines Day gift for my girlfriend. I ordered a bouqet of flowers a week in advance, and less than 2 hours before they were supposed to be delivered ON VALENTINES DAY, they sent me an email that they could not process my order, and were issuing a refund/£20 voucher.
I am in a different timezone, so I was asleep when the email was sent, and my partner spent all day waiting for her flowers that never arrived.
When I contacted support and expressed my dissatisfacition with how Floom resolved the situation, I was given a generic, non-caring response that did not address any of the points I raised. They then ignored both of my follow up responses, and have left me on read with no resolution or even a reply.
I tried to be reasonable, and told them I understand that incidents happen. However 2 hours notice cancellation on the most important day, with no room for adjustment or compensation is unacceptable. Then to ignore the person who you screwed over shows their lack of care.
I would not recommend anyone order flowers from Floom, especially not for an important holiday.

Terrible experience. Go direct to florist. Do not waste your money. My recipient never received the flowers and I was not offered a refund. The following excuses were given without resolution:
Photo of flowers outside a random door (not the recipients).
Then emailed saying at DPD - not the case
Then told they were being held at the postoffice next door - recipient went to post office, no flowers, no tracking record. Then apparently to shop, then received random text 'proof of attempted delivery' - with no correct details of phone number or address!!
Told an SMS had been sent to recipient - this was not the case!
Disappointing
I got sent some flowers which wilted two days later. I called to tell them and they said I would need to contact the sender - of course I wasn't going to do that. I left a message on their social - still waiting to hear back two months later.
I use florists all the time for personally and for press gifts and so this was so disappointing. I felt the need to write a revew as the customer service operator was non-plussed. Now I see my review is in similar company. A shame really.

Small bunch of 6 flowers plus greenery which days later wilted . Contacted their customer service but would not give me any refund because I was the recipient not the sender who is my daughter. Never ever will I use them. Cost £40 . Dreadful
Similar experience to other reviews
I had a similar experience to a number of reviewers here. Paid a decent amount for same-day flowers, received a note to say that flower types would be substituted, and when the bouquet turned up it looked quite a lot different to the photo on the website - different colours and flowers and not as much. It's not a terrible bunch of flowers at all, just not what you spent time searching for on the site. Customer success said they wouldn't do a partial refund, saying they gave me the option to decline when they messaged about the substitutions, but they didn't word the email like that, they just said they were making substitutions.

I ordered some very expensive flowers (c.£90) to be delivered. When they arrived, I was taken aback at how tiny and unimpressive the arrangement was. The flowers hadn't bloomed, and the arrangement was about the size of my hand. I contacted them a day or so later to say how disappointed I was. I was asked by Floom to take photos, which I did - no mention of a time limit. I sent them back a few days later, and was told that as it 'was not within 72 hours', it was told that due to the perishable nature of flowers, they could no longer help. I was also provided a link 'how to care for your flowers' - thanks. Expensive and useless. Avoid.
Never Again
Wrong delivery time, late delivery, very late recipient update, not confirming recipient address as I politely asked for (correct address was just a number away, it was next building). Hence, parcel delivered to wrong address, recipient got late message, parcel lost. Almost the same problematic delivery as my first one. Appalling customer service.
