I purchased some audio books but can't access them. DONT USE THE WEBSITE!!! Its a scam

The books are fine but this website IS ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!
How hard is it to hire a decent web dev to un-f*!k this cluttered mess of random titles throw one after the other.
I find more structured pirate sites regrouping the content.

the books are great, the website an absolute mess, horrible to use, hard to find the books in order, the worst i've seen in years.

The titles vary in quality some are really good reads , while ohers are not as well written. There is a site that does individual reviews for Black Library titles called Cegorach Reviews.

I've been ordering books from BL for years now. The site itself is a bit of a mess, it's improved lately but it's still not very userfriendly. However the prices are very fair, the shipping time is great (especially considering it's free if you buy 30+ euros worth of stuff) and I've rarely had complaints. Customer service is really good as well

Banging site, deliveries are quick and packaged very well, few updates could be implemented:

1) Option to choose the language you are looking for specifically, i have scrolled through many german and french novels trying to find an english equivalent so may be easier for all to implement something like this, im sure fans overseas may feel the same too.

2) Keep sold out editions online for reference, may be good for SEO too however i also like to use it as a reference site for anything i need to chase as a collector

3) tidy up the members account, its a little too empty and i also like to see the pics of what ive purchased.

4) accumulate member points for those purchasing so they can use these on future editions?

5) Search seems to be quite bad, needs tailoring

6) Have the option to separate e books, Hardbacks, Paper novels and Audio, saves pulling up loads of e books when im not looking for it

7) more print on demand bits (i lost out on your Necromunda series which is a shame!)

8) Horus Heresy book release timeline link is busted, needs fixing

Minor issues (no pun)

If I could give less than 1 star I would . The shipping and handling is ridiculous, the books take far too long to come and the phone number doesn’t work . Truly dissatisfied customer. I will never buy from them again

Brilliant books! Very happy with my purchases from black library.

The website design is so awful it forces you to scroll through pages of ebooks instead of designing a use friendly website they bombard you with nonsense. Really difficult to search for new released books or novella without hiding them away between stuff that you dont want to look for. Really poor design from a great company of story tellers.

I have ordered multiple times from this company. Each time the order arrived promptly and with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.A+

I occasionally buy warhammer 40k related books in local bookstores but in Black Library I found all the books available which was great! Additionally, delivery was really fast and cheap even out of UK
