We regret if you thought the ticket fee was too high. The ticket fee is the income we have as a ticket platform, which means that we are able to help our customers who buy tickets as an organiser.
In addition, this also goes towards future improvements to the system, so that we always have the most user-friendly system when it comes to holding events and purchasing tickets.
Tickets are always sent via email and can also always be accessed through the Billetto account under My tickets. SMS ticket is an optional alternative if the ticket is also desired on the phone as a message and since this service is provided by third parties, there is therefore an extra cost.
Regarding the repeated information you mention, you are always welcome to write to us at support@billetto.se as we would like more details about what information it concerns.

Nice website, but you have to pay for every single option! You start with a ticket at a decent price, and between the mandatory ticket fees and the rest, you can easily pay double the initial price.

The app is not userfriendly, it could be a lot more agil and smoother to use. It has to many back and forward steps then it should have.

Greedy sons..
Only reason they get a 2 is because the delivery of tickets was smooth.
If there’s one thing I hate, it’s when companies try to scam money trough unessesary services, that in all should be included. ”SMS-ticket, 1,5€” ”Reminder of event, 1,5€” ”insurance for sicknes on event 1.8€” that’s on top of the 2€ charge for the actuall ticket. Ticket price was 20€ + 2€ service fee that’s mandatory. Ringt there it’s 10% surcharge. If I’d choose all extras that would be 6.8€ on top of the 20€ base, a surcharge of more than a third. And when you choose ”No” in the checkboxes, it turns red, like you’ve done something wrong, just for not wanting an SMS or notification!?
Pisses me off. I changed my mind. Greedy ppl only get 1 star. Be fair instead.

The additional services we offer are not included in the normal fees because as you say yourself many of our ticket buyers consider that they are unnecessary and as they are provided by third parties and therefore have an extra cost, we have decided that only the ticket buyers who specifically wants them should pay for them and not everybody.
We don´t want to eliminate these offers as we do have a demand for these services and that is the reason you get the possibility to select them when buying your tickets.
We have recently changed the layout, so you now see the colours red when you deselect the service and green when selected. This is not to make anyone feel guilty for deselecting them but to make it clearer to see if the service is selected or not. We changed this on demand from many ticket buyers that found it difficult to see which services was selected.
We regret if you thought the ticket fee was too high. The ticket fee is the income we have as a ticket platform, which means that we can help our customers who buy tickets as an organiser.
In addition, this also goes towards future improvements to the system, so that we always have the most user-friendly system when it comes to holding events and purchasing tickets.
We appreciate your feedback on this.

Not so great, when you arrive at your concert and neither your Ticket nor the Staff at the concert can tell you which seats you booked.

When buying a ticket for a seated event on the Billetto platform, you are required to select a seat during the purchase process.
You are definitely not supposed to memorize the seat number on the ticket. The ticket we send you will have the assigned seating area, row, and seat number printed on it. You can also view this information by downloading your ticket from the "My Tickets" section of your Billetto account. Additionally, this information will be visible to the organiser when your ticket is scanned at the entrance.
If the event you attended was seated, but the seating information was missing from your ticket, this is due to an error. It would be great if you contacted us directly at support@billetto.com so we could look into your specific case and resolve any potential errors.

Billetto seems to be sneaky
Billetto seems to be sneaky - it doesn't tell you upfront that it will try to cadge money from you every way it can, but then goes on to suggest a range of 'small charges' for services that had never occurred to one; also even if you do not wish to get info, etc., it signs you up anyway. I only needed to book and pay for a ticket - I don't need an expression of social media every time I carry out a purchasing transaction! And it uses an American dating system!
