A passionated, dedicated and responsible team

A passionated, dedicated and resp responsible team!
As artistic director for an international festival for music and dance, it has been fantastic to work with a small, dedicated team who is not only interested in the actual selling of tickets but who takes active interest in making the best exposure and storytelling which makes our festival. We can only warmly recommend Billetsalg.dk and their services.

Helpful and accomodating service

My event changed their programme, meaning my ticket suddenly was for the wrong day as I wanted to see a particular artist. I wrote them, but had no response.
The nice person at Billetsalg exchanged my Friday ticket for a Saturday ticket at a fairly low cost to me. Everything was easy and done promptly.

Tried to buy a ticket on my phone for…

Tried to buy a ticket on my phone for Copenhagen Jazz festival with Billetsalg dk, absolute nightmare, page after page of confirmation. I ended dropping out which is sad for the jazz concert as they need all the support they can get. I have been to five other gigs where there was absolutely no problem buying ticket - Billetto, no problem. If you are going to hold an international festival, make sure the ticket vendors are customer friendly. I would give zero stars if it was possible
