I ordered several mystery boxes. On their website that they wrote that I wouldn't get duplicates if I didn't order same themed boxes. I followed their instructions and ordered just one of each theme but yet I got a total of 7 duplicates out of the 30 polishes I ordered. Lane responded and said they would get in touch. Days passed by and they did nothing. I reached out again and was told I would have to pay to return the duplicates and I would get store credit. Why would I want to pay to send back something they sent incorrectly. Lane then proceeded to lie and say boxes are premade contrary to what it's said on the website. Nothing but liars and incompetent POS that work there. Stay away as some of the polished were old, faded, and not the best quality.

Never, ever, ever buy from this shop!
They scam you into buying from them, and then keep your shipping insurance fee, which by the way is FREE through USPS insurance for any shipper. Other companies too! They never ship your products, say there’s no stock. Then put your items back in stock, when you ask for a refund 6 weeks later. Lane was the contact person. Scammers! I would never do business with this “company” again! Horrible, scammers!

Buyer Beware

I have purchased gel polish from this company multiple times, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. I received a defective polish that, even when applied twice within 24 hours by a licensed nail technician, was wrinkled and began peeling almost immediately.

When I reached out to customer service, I was told to return the product but was not assured of a refund. Rather than acknowledging the issue and honoring the proof provided, the representative chose to debate the matter.

Professional nail services require both time and money, and receiving a defective product from a company I once trusted was frustrating and disheartening. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accountability and poor customer service, I will not be purchasing from this company again, nor can I recommend them to others.

Updated 12/26/25: Beyond Polish thanks for the reply. That polish was returned however, I never received any refund.

I get discount coupons from Beyond Polish several times a week. The problem is that they do not work. When you contact Beyond Polish, they have reasons why the coupons do not work. Also the cost to get free shipping is high. Once your order does ship it takes a long time for it to arrive. I realize that I am the one making the mistake. It takes too much effort to order from Beyond Polish. I need to take my money to other companies.

If I could give this company NO STARS, I would. They have the worst customer service in a company I have EVER seen. When you try to return an item for a REFUND, which was in the drop down choices, they come back with, we only offer store credits. That went on 2 times. I should've known better than to order again. Some of their polish arrives separated, which means it's old. They tell you they are going to give your a REFUND and bam, they hit you with a store credit. It cost me over $75 to return 3 different orders and they could care less if you are unhappy. I used up my last store credit and I will NEVER use them again...STAY AWAY.

Over 5 days since my order was placed and it’s still processing not even shipped. Contacted CS twice and basically said there was nothing they can do.

I had an excellent experience ordering from Beyond Polish. Everything arrived quickly and SO WELL PACKAGED. Very secure. I order a lot of stuff, and normally don’t pay much attention to that, but I actually commented to my friend about how well it was packaged. No chance of a broken bottle in my shipment. Plus each of my polishes were new and fresh and I feel I received great pricing! I also like the huge variety of nail supplies they carry. I’m very happy!

I’ve never had one issue ordering from Beyond Polish, they are my go to website for ordering nail polish. They have the best deals, a variety of brands, and their customer service is AMAZING. On my most recent order I got contacted by a young lady who is a representative of the company stating that one of the colors I purchased was out of stock and if I wanted to replace it with a different color. I asked if she was sure because the website shows as available. After digging and double triple checking she found the original color I wanted and shipped my order the same day! That meant a lot. The open communication with me about what was going on with my order and the fact that she actually looked again and found the original color meant a lot. Other company’s would have been lazy to look and just repeat that they didn’t have the color. I only purchase from Beyond Polish. I don’t even purchase nail polish from stores anymore lol, I know the quality I’m getting from the website. I highly recommend them!

An absolute scam of a company; they sold me an OPI polish that I've used for years, it was the incorrect shade but marked with the shade I ordered. I sent them a photo and they tried to gaslight to me to believe it was the correct shade. After reading other reviews, this has happened to other people, Do not buy from this company.

This was a great transaction! I bought a bunch of nail color for summer. It was a great price and shipping was very quick and free! I will certainly be ordering more! Great experience with a new company to me!

I’ve been ordering from Beyond Polish for several years without any problems until my most recent order. Apparently they no longer return any items for a refund, it’s only store credit. No thank you and quite unscrupulous to change return policy without notification, clearly a money grab. There are several other online nail polish/product suppliers to order from so will bot br ordering from Beyond Polish ever again and have offered by store credit to my daughter. Can’t abide companies like this.

The quality of the product is excellent. I like them very much.
