Never Again don't stand by their sales

I ordered a few polishes and other items from them. When I opened the Polish sets they gel and regular polishes did not match. When I told them, they said they can't do anything about it. No new polish no refund.. Nothing, but now im stuck with mix match colors. Would never buy from them again. Besides, you have to spend 150.00 for free shipping insane.

Fast U.S. shipping!

Nail Company has a huge selection of professional products. All of the items I purchased were also offered at a discounted price! My order was packaged very well and delivered 3 days after I placed it! Shipment came from FL. Highly recommend.

Great customer service

Great customer service! My order contained an out of stock item and they contacted me personally to see if I wanted to replace the item with another color or get a refund. I ended up replacing with two completely different items and it still shipped quickly even with the item change.

Not what I order !

Hello ! I received my order today & i noticed that some of the powders are NOTHING compared to what I purchased . The colors are way off and some powders are repetitive…

The powders are

Chisel Powders in the shades
-Glow 7
-Glow 17
-Neon 19
-Solid 28
-Solid 36
-Solid 78
-Solid 79
And the two powders that are the same are 78 & 79

I want to know what can we do ? I want the colors that I purchased not what I got

I absolutely love nail company

I absolutely love nail company. I always get my orders super fast- I’ve never had an issue with any gel polishes leaking or broken. And customer service is amazing!! This last order they texted me directly and let me know one of the polishes I ordered was out of stock and I texted them with a polish to replace it with. Super convenient and easy! They are awesome 😍
