Seriously guys? I can't get this delivered because it requires additional postage! I paid for the nails I paid for shipping and now I have to go pay the post office $1.90 to be able to pick up my own package. When I don't have time to go to the post office in the first place.

I'm a repeat customer. This time everything was priced the same and I loved the flat rate shipping. The only thing that could be improved: better communication. There is no tracking, which is understandable, but even a quick email letting me know that my order is on the way would be helpful.

I got exactly what I ordered, the only draw back was how long it took to get them. It took about two weeks and there isn’t a way to track them. But other than that I appreciate being able to get some sets my normal girl can’t get!

Received so quickly! These nail strips are the same as those you’ll pay more for elsewhere, plus you can find rare and discontinued sets all the time.

I would have given 4 or 5 stars, but I didn't like the lack of notification. What I mean is I placed an order. I never received an email saying they received my order. I actually had to contact Nail Strip Mall asking if they received my order. I had no order number to give, just asked them to check by my name. I did receive an email back saying they did receive my order. I never received any other notification of the progression of my order. I hoped it shipped! I did receive the order in the mail. But it would be nice knowing the order was received, being processed, and that it shipped.
