EE continually puts things on sale but then do not have sufficient inventory to cover the sale. When I e-mail customer service, I very rarely get a response. Forced to call. Totally frustrating.

What happened to good service?
Put in an order, have received multiple emails saying it is going to be late. Then they sent an email asking me how I wanted to proceed with it being late which I responded to & now they are no longer communicating with me. Had always had good service before this. But at this point they should either give me a date when the order will be shipped or refund my money.

Emergency Essential website is awesome. Many different categories to browse, and search is easy too. Lots of product information and articles on being prepared and recipe suggestions! I have worked with customer service people in past, very knowledgeable about products and willing to make amends for the rare incident something doesn't arrive as promised. Like too that I receive emails about my order.

Ordered items during peak time. I get it, you're busy. Some items in my package are no longer available. Not an issue. Your email says, we can substitute, respond to this email. 5-days later and I've sent 2 emails with no response. That's not ok.
Out money and No product.
Immediately accepted payment.
A week to acknowledge order.
Another week to relay they don't have the product.
Will NEVER answer phone--(business hours)

Have not received my order yet. My frustration stems from optics. A slight delay notice when placing the order does not equate to the now projected 4.5 weeks! I get current market constraints, but perhaps you shouldn’t have combined that with a major sale. It makes the company look greedy. Sad, but that is how I currently view the situation.

When I place my order, and my credit card is charged, I expect my order to full filled! Three strikes, I will not attempt to order from EE again....an "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it on the third strike!
