One of my favorite shopping experiences ever from nice people in Ukraine. The glass talent is nothing short of spectacular. They made a custom New York Mets team logo piece that was better than ANY item one can shop for from a mass market of goods. I was like a 61-year-old little kid when I opened the box. It far exceeded what I expected it to look like. You cannot go wrong whether shopping from their store or requesting a custom design. I am a permanent customer of these fine people who manage to run a business during such a tough time in their history. In the US Military, a job well done is stated by saying “Bravo Zulu!”.

The Luna moths are gorgeous. I love the piece.

My experience with glass art stories was hassle free. The owner helped me by giving me my order number and tracking. The product I purchased is beautiful and brought joy to my mom.

Fantastic quality. Timely shipping and excellent packaging. The suction cup is somewhat lacking as it does not stick well to the window. I used light weight fishing line to hang my pelican. I suggest that you enclose about 5' of fishing line as an alternative hanging method. You can market the line as an alternative and it's a cheap alternative to supply.

Everything this shop creates is stunning. Their craftsmanship is so impressive, everything I have purchased has been so beautiful! I've ordered original pieces too, and those were crafted even better than what I had hoped they would be! These artists make such lovely pieces, I highly recommend! The artwork is shipped in cushioned packaging so everything I have received has been protected en route, and always made it here in a short amount of time.

Very responsive and easy to work with when I had a shipment issue. This was my second time purchasing from GlassArt. Well crafted products! We love having the birds in our windows. Glad there’s more to pick. Will be back for more.

I can't say enough great things about the product and the customer service! I wanted a personalized stained glass panel that looked like the lake I live on in Maine. Ivan gave me several mock ups and even edited one of those with the changes I asked for. He was quick to respond and extremely patient and helpful. The panel is absolutely gorgeous with such high quality glass. I wish I was able to include a picture. You will not be disappointed!

the glasswork was exactly as pictured and looks absolutely lovely in the window. Shipping took some time, but I don't mind at all for the quality of the product.

I give them 5 stars for the care and concern the owner, Ivan had for my purchase. He was on constant communication with me and the carrier to make sure that it arrived. In spite of bad weather I received it.
