great service and great value

The whole experience with Bensons for Beds was excellent from start to finish. I called their customer service department to reeuqest a specific delivery date and the guy on the line was very helpful and friendly, confirming my request and taking my order.
Email communications regularly updated me with my order status. Delivery went very smoothly on the requested date and the bed was very straightforward to assemble myself.
Very impressed by the whole start to finish experience.

Brought a mattress from this company called Bensons for Beds 27/11/2025 and to be honest one of my worst delivery experiences that I have ever had from a big so called company like them would never never ever again order another mattress from this company. When i order my mattress back then it cost me a lot and to pay for them to take my old one which i had to pay for as well on my day of delivery they sent me a delivery time and date which i know but because i did of to stay behind at work as the night before i finish a bit late so came home and fell asleep as i was tired so got a phone call from there delivery driver in the early morning saying that they are on there way and i should be the next drop so i said that I am home but kind of does off then came a knock on my door so i jumped up still asleep anyway i open the door and then he said that he has a delivery for me they could see that i am off asleep but they didn't care i try to start to grab everything off my bed as fast as I could then i could hear one of them saying hurry up and without anything one of them just grab up the old mattress off my bed and you could see the anger on is face he nearly knocked me out of the way to how he grab that mattress. So they didn't even try to help me and they was not polite they were rude as they could be. And to make matters worse i have to wait for a whole month before i could get my Nectar points from them when Nectar contacted them regarding my points they didn't even answer them but i eventually got my Nectar points in the end. So never again i will go Dreams next time for my next mattress

A highly recommendable service from the salesperson at the Meadowhall retail centre, unlike the service I initially received at another Sheffield showroom, where the salesperson seemed disinterested.
My needs and sleeping ‘style’ was assessed thoroughly, discussing all of my options, demonstrating a very friendly, patient and professional disposition from the salesperson who recommending a mattress that was a little cheaper than the one I was originally going to buy.
Additionally, the delivery service was excellent, within the time-frame specified and I was updated twice by the delivery drivers.

Staff in the shop were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were kept updated on the progress of our order and received a timeslot of delivery a few nights before it arrived. On the morning of delivery, I received a call to inform me the driver was on his way. The delivery driver was friendly and professional and took my delivery to the room I requested it to delivered to.

Great service in store and during the delivery and build.

I went into the shop several times to test the numerous mattresses available.
The sales men were very personable. Untimely I decided on a mattress but I looked for cheeper alternatives online. I found out about refurbished mattresses which wasn’t offered to me in store.
I ordered my refurbished mattress and thought nothing more of it.
I get a call from the sales men asking if I had made a decision. I informed them i ordered online and explained about the refurbished mattress. He stated that he could have made it cheeper if I had ordered it with him but he won’t re order it for me to make it cheeper because it’s a refurbished mattress. I felt that this was an unnecessary comment and put a bit of a downer on my experience.
However delivery day arrives. The delivery men were incredible. They arrived promptly, were kind and personable. They got the bed assembled in record time , cleaned up after themselves and left with well wishes. They took the time to explain the functionality of the bed afterwards. Honestly saved so much time and effort not having to assemble the bed myself.

We visited Strathkelvn store twice over a weekend - the Manager from the Kilmarnock Store was covering and dealt with our sale. Cannot speak too highly of the service we received. From advice to purchase to delivery and set-up.

We had purchased a king size chrome frame and paid for set-up. 3 man team arrived within promised delivery slot and had completed the delivery and install in less than 30 minutes of arrival. Fantastic service.

Wish they sold other stuff :-)

The customer service was excellent

From placing order to delivery the service was first class. Item was in the sale with 50% off so was a bargain. No more memory foam and getting stuck in a groove.

As we walked in the shop, the man that helped us decide on what mattress to buy was very helpful and we got a very good deal. So we're very happy with my new mattress
