Bensons For Beds Reviews 

Previously I bought 2 mattresses from Bensons for beds it's really good, and one mattresses from another company, which one i need to change now, within short periods of time. Good price. On time delivery.

Start to finish these guys take care of you , the sales rep, Giovani ( hope i didnt butcher that name) had us try out the sleep tester bed to find out which beds are best for us , gave us an array of options to suit our budget and arranged delivery and collection . The delivery team were early , polite ,quick and efficient , cant fault any of them start to finish thats how it should be done.

The experience in the shop was good, the delivery was an awful experuence. Rude foul mouthed delery men that shouldnt be allowed in customers homes. They spoilt the whole experience

Ade, the gentleman who helped me choose my mattress was extremely helpful. He gave me lots of information on which mattress would suit me best, and he really assisted me with advice on what to look for, and how to choose the most suitable one for me. Thank you very much.

They cancelled my order whilst I was on holiday. I contacted customer services and they wouldn't give me refund because there is a 20% cancellation charge. I DID NOT CANCEL.

Excellent service throughout, our requirements were listened and adhered to. Stress free and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

This trip was our introduction to Bensons for Beds. The staff that helped us were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we were able to find a mattress that was suited for us. The only disappointment was that they didn't have the firmness of bed in the model we were considering so we had to test the firmness on a different model. It would have been better to have more options in each model to ensure we could try out what we were buying.

Polite and professional. Great communication from start to finish. I don’t know how that got our super king mattress up a very tight staircase, but it was done in minutes. Will definitely buy from Bensons again.

The sales person in the shop was very helpful and not trying to push expensive ones over cheaper ones. He clearly explained the different types of mattresses, gave time to think it through. Arranged delivery, already aware that a small vehicle was needed due to poor access. Delivery was on time and efficient. Only negative was being asked for a review, many times, before the item was delivered

Communication regarding manufacture and delivery was very good.
Fitters were very good and removed all rubbish before they left.
