Another fault this time in a racemaster jacket.lightly worn and going in holes.price goes up,quality goes down.every item from belstaff now does not stand the test of time.no wonder they stopped free rewaxing there is rarely a decent coat left to rewax.champagne money product lemonade quality.originally went into Manchester shop to get assistance and told nothing to do with them.Riches for rags.By time this is sorted arms will have fell off and I will have a gillet😂
With five sons I have purchased lots of Belstaff coats,jackets,t shirts,hoodies etc over the years and can say the quality and wearability is getting worse such a shame,customer service in store is none existent anymore.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Belstaff Flagship Store in Manchester. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable, with great advice throughout. I was even offered a coffee right at the beginning, which set a great tone for the entire visit. I felt completely well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Appears complaining on here is the only way to receive a response as when you try to on their website no one responds, I received my jacket back in November after experiencing some delivery issues and items missing from the jacket but eventually got there, fast forward to the start of the biking season and trying the jacket out for the first time only to find a fault with the jacket. Stitching missing from the Velcro that covers the belt fastener at the bottom of the jacket, I have emailed and tried to contact them to resolve the fault but no response received as of yet (Request #340223) hopefully posting on here may help

Several things,
1st, their very carefully orchestrated returns policy, I think is maximised to keep hold of your money for as long as possible should you need to return anything.
It’s in the small print so just be mindful !
2nd, because you get your money back Belstaff assume that you have had a positive experience, errr no !
Lastly, hundreds and hundreds of pounds for a jacket which you think would be of great quality associated with a name like Belstaff, sadly came in an clear plastic bag and jacket itself I believe to be only flea market quality at best !
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if you could probably fly to Turkey and get better quality knock off and still save some money !

Quite literally the worst customer…
Quite literally the worst customer service. Multiple voice and emails left with no reply. Sat holding £300 for 4 weeks - no offer of apology. Just stick with Hackett or Barbour.

David at cheshire oaks belstaff was amazing. He noticed when no one else would have what my husband was looking for (.he is larger sized ) and helped find his size this led to us purchasing 2 items when we would have left empty handed . Cannot praise him

My partner and I both love the brand…
My partner and I both love the brand and between us we have many coats jackets jumper t-shirts. The products are of excellent quality and when we shop in store the staff are always very friendly welcoming and helpful. I made my last purchase online and had to use customer service to resolve an issue I had ( my mistake not theirs!) Louisa from customer service was extremely helpful and promptly dealt with my issue which I’m so grateful for and would like to say thank you once again. I would definitely recommend the brand to anyone.

I have always received excellent customer service from Belstaff. I recently returned a belt that was too small and received excellent customer service from Louisa at Belstaff.
The staff are great!
The staff in Belstaff Cheshire Oaks are great. David is a cool, super friendly, supremo salesman! Jack and Zack (yes really!) are friendly and helpful too.
The clothes are excellent quality. I’ve bought 3 jackets and 2 T-Shirts for my partner there and he’s very happy with all of them.

I’ve purchased 4 Belstaff items recently. The quality is prettt good and well worth the money.
Men’s jacket
Men’s jacket. Wore it about 6 times and the zip broke. Belstaff wanted £100 to fix it. Very impersonal service when contacting them all through a website. Poor quality and expensive to repair so definitely wouldn’t recommend or buy anything from them again.
