Placed an order and was sent nearly 3 weeks later ignored my email asking when the order will arrive,

Order finally came and items were damaged another email sent saying items were damaged- avoid it’s cheap quality and not worth the price.

*UPDATE* you sent damaged clothes ignored contact made multiple times on your website and attempted to get cheeky over email, from the reviews more and more people are seeing your selling poor quality items. Dont act like you’ve done anything to resolve this.
You should be reviewing items youve already sent elsewhere and got returned to you for damage before trying to send it out to someone who has used you multiple times.

Your website also never said a thing about you being closed also while you spam my inbox daily, away ye go.

The old review clearly shows your standards have slipped. Shame.

Unfortunately we cannot get untrue reviews removed so we have no other option than to respond. We published on our website that we were closed for a short period of time. This was available for all to see on our socials, website contact page, website banner, and plenty of other locations. Your order was placed on 16/03/2026 and delivered on 30/03/2026. We were closed between 13/03/2026 and 27/03/2026. Your order was with you within 3 days of us being open for business.

Emails were never ignored. We do not have one email correspondence from you until 02/04/2026, after your order had been delivered. We asked you to provide evidence that you contacted us, but you could not. We have a dedicated “Contact us” page that was used on this date.

On this email exchange we offered to replace whatever items were damaged, free of charge. Instead, we were met with abusive and derogatory emails. We offered on two separate occasions to try and sort this out for you, but you were not cooperative.

In terms of the “cheap quality”, you have ordered from us on 4 separate occasions and never once had an issue.

To leave a damaging review as such on a small business, when we have tried absolutely everything to resolve the issue in the correct way just doesn't not seem fair.

The only thing that helps us here is that you left us a great review on our trustpilot last year saying:
“ Ideal, reliable, stuff is smart & fits nice
Have made a few purchases & happy with the service”

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time.

Quality is extremely low and when you try make a return they don’t accept as it was part of a sale ?

Actually had high hopes but wish I had read other reviews before wasting my money.

We ask you, and everybody else to read our “Shop App” reviews before we get into this review. We have 175 reviews on there and a 4.3 star rating. Shop App is our main review source. It appears to be a common theme that people choose to leave negative reviews on Trustpilot when they don’t get their desired outcome, despite knowing our policies (the hoodies in your order have a 4.9 star rating on Shop App).

Firstly, we did not say that you cannot return this order.

We feel like the comment of “Quality is extremely poor” is only left because the desired outcome was not what you wanted. You did not mention once when trying to return the order that it was due to the quality of the items.

From your visit to the website, to completing your order, you were made aware on 3 separate occasions of the return policy on sale items. You chose to ignore them. We even added the return policy on sale items directly above the “Pay Now” button, and you still placed the order.

You were offered store credit or an exchange, which we do not even have to offer on these items however we do so as a gesture of goodwill to our customers. This offer is still open.

You ordered two of our best selling hoodies. We have had these hoodies on our website since the brand began 5 years ago. According to our brand surveys, these hoodies have a 98% satisfaction rate (which is why we do not believe your comment about poor quality is true).

You got an unbelievable deal of two hoodies (our best selling hoodies) for £40.00, can you tell us where else this would be achieved?

It’s quite sad that you made a Trustpilot account to leave a negative review on a small family ran business offering people the chance to pick up some really good deals on our sale collection.

Again, we encourage people to use the Shop App, and read our reviews over there rather than here when customers do not agree with our terms of service, but still check the box anyway.

Generic unbranded poor quality clothes

Ordered 3 t shirts and a hoodie, stuff arrived and is clearly just drop shipped unbranded stuff, quality is terrible and doesn’t even have any labels on, contacted them via email and DM and no reply, stuff is photographed to look like ARNE etc, but terrible quality.

Firstly, just because you did not like something you purchased, it does not mean that it was dropshipped. If our items were dropshipped, wouldn’t everybody else be selling them?

Secondly, find us an item that we have ever sold that has labels/logos on. Since the brand began over 5 years ago, we have never once tagged, branded or labelled any of our pieces. This was done on purpose as we personally do not like cluttered clothing.

Thirdly, you sent direct emails to “amsreworld@hotmail.com” which is clearly stated on our “Contact us” page on what not to do when trying to contact customer service (your email was found in our main brand email addresses junk mail). This is the equivalent of emailing “nike@hotmail.com” and expecting a reply from one of their customer service team,

We also state that our customer service team is not available via Instagram DM’s (for data protection). Furthermore, our social media team (who runs our Instagram account) states that we couldn’t find any instagram messages from yourself.

You paid £50.00 for a hoodie and three t-shirts and even got free delivery. The value you received from this order is crazy. You will not be able to pick up a deal like this anywhere else.

If you did not like your order, all you had to do was go over to our returns and exchanges page and submit a return request. You did not once submit a return request.

A one star review here is truly unfair. We take such damaging comments personally as we are a small, family ran business.

We are absolutely devastated that you deemed it necessary to leave such a damaging review on our small business. We are a small team, that work hard to try and provide the best clothing possible, for the best prices.

The items that you purchased were in our End of Season Sale. This order was for two hoodies, that were in our top 3 best sellers in the sale. Yes, some people may not like them which is totally fine. They were priced at £20 each. We would rather you returned the items than leave a review that will affect our small business and in turn, our livelihood.

Nothing we sell is made in China, and even if it was, China provides excellent quality for reasonable prices however we don’t manufacture there because of the import fees and VAT cannot be claimed. Every single item on our website is made in Italy and we visit our manufacturer over there multiple times a year to check that the standard is met, time and time again.

We hope you can reconsider what you have left here.

Not bad at all

Not bad at all, ordered the 5 T-shirts at £10 each. Thought I was getting scammed to be honest haha!

Delivered within a week of ordering. I’ve got my montirex tshirts out and put side by side, the only difference really is that the montirex logo isn’t on them.

I’ve never left a review but I am today as I see this trustpilot is peppered with negativity.

Made up lads, best of luck with the business and I’ll be ordering again.

Great find and I’ll be recommending you to all my people.

Do not work with consumer laws. I have requested a return for an item that does not fit, under consumer law I am able to return this item for full refund. They have not accepted any request to return my item, please be careful ordering from this company as once you buy you will not be able to return your item. They have ignored my emails now and I dont know the return address

Your return request was declined because you requested the return of sale items. Our Terms of Service and all throughout our website, the information is there to let customers know that all sale items are final. However, we offer an exchange, or a FULL REFUND in the form of store credit. With any online purchase, you agree to the Terms of Service of said company.

You still went ahead with your purchase, despite knowing the circumstances. In future, we strongly advise you to read the terms of service from the company you are purchasing from.

Finally, we accept returns of ALL items. We have never once refused a return that falls under our Returns Policy Guidelines.

We have also not ignored one of your emails so please check your inboxes. We are fully open to you returning your items for store credit or an exchange, however, you did not reply.

There is a few reviews of people saying the same thing, crazy how Royal Mail lose only this company’s items and no other items I order from clothing brands from instagram,

I got told it had been sent and would receive tracking number, thought tracking got given to you at the time you sent ???

I can see that you originally placed this order with us on 11/06/2025 (8 days after this review) and one of our customer service team members informed you that unfortunately the Royal Mail had lost your order. Please understand that we cannot do anything about this, the Royal Mail is a totally separate company to us.

Because of our End of Season Sale prices at the moment, we are sending out around 4/600 orders per day, so it is understandable that a few can go missing from time to time. Although, we wish this was not the case as our small business consequently receives a review like this, when we have done nothing wrong.

All we can do in this situation is complain, and try to get our money back.

We issues a replacement on the same day as we found out that the Royal Mail had lost it, and provided you with your tracking number via email.

We also do not have any other reviews online that suggest such claims.

As all of our orders are collected at our warehouse, we are not given tracking numbers until they’re scanned at the Royal Mail depot.

The last working day for our staff was on 16/04/2025 and returned to work on 23/05/2025.

Have a sale on, looked good deals. Clothing is tiny. But yet you cannot get a refund, it’s very strange business practice. Now I have clothes that are to be binned. Will never be using again

Shocking quality unfortunately

Ordered a pair of utility cargo shorts in the sale. Thought it looked like a very reasonable price, but when they arrived I realised why they were so heavily reduced. They’re paper thin, to the point where if you hold them up to the light they’re completely see through. Just really poor quality unfortunately, and feel extremely cheap. They were in the sale, so hopefully their newer lines will have massively improved quality, as even with the sale price I feel like I’ve been overcharged! Did attempt to return but not offered on sale items, potentially being cynical but I think they may have known about the quality, or lack thereof, of the products.

Nice products, size down on the shorts as they’re long, if you’re quite tall should be true to size, only down side is customer service isn’t the best struggle to get a reply on email or DM and no tracking numbers to track orders, be miles better with DPD next day option
