Absolutely appalling. It's a con, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I made an order in error, emailed them a couple of hours later to cancel it. At first Maddie said they would issue a refund, then she emailed to say as it was over 1 hour since I placed the order they wouldn't refund it. Ridiculous.

One Star for actually receiving the item.
Do not buy from this company! I ordered an oversized jacket for £39
Eventually I received a poor quality felt jacket with raw seams. The oversized jacket as advertised, would not pass my hips!
After multiple emails to this company ‘Maddie’ gave me an option to return the coat at a cost of £26 to get a refund OR to keep the (crappy )-rag-of-a coat and receive a refund of £13. :(
No negotiation. Either way I would loose out. I got the refund as I didn’t feel that pursuing this was worth it.

Do not buy from this website , item nothing like picture , very poor quality, does not tell you on website if you try to return they say you have to pay £25 to return to China even though the website is Amsterdam and parcel had uk address on parcel for return

Items nothing like the photos on the website . Both jumpers were also faulty- one had an actually hole in the sleeve. When I complained I was told I’d have to pay at least £25 to return the items despite them being faulty . I was offered a 30% refund . I’m sure this is against my legal rights and have contacted trading standards in the UK and EU

Absolutely awful. My dress was not like the photo. A cheap bit of fabric, it was meant to be tight fitting like the photo and I got the smallest size and it was hanging off me. It took ages to come and said it was based in the UK but actually from China. Do not waste your money on this awful website it is a scam.

why doe you people not read truspilot befor you order this is pure scam dropshipping, the owner of this site is in dubai. and didn't learned from early experiance. if any on want to know yust google and find out his adress of his personalia, in netherlands and his phone number, on other scam sites.

When loolking and placing order Beleeza uk gives you the impression its a royal mail delivery and it will be a quick delivery its not company based in china and products come from china so there is a l9ng wait. Its totally misleading and also returns have to be paid for by yourself

PURE SCAM !! NEVER BUY ANYTHING!
Bought a product but received something that was completely different from what was shown on their website. Immediately reported the return but then you only get standard responses to buy time, such as emailing a photo, offering a discount on a next purchase, etc. Everything except starting a return process.
Eventually I returned within 14 days with a tracking code, this was received, but even then you don't get your money back. Again you get an email for a discount on your next purchase.
My insurance company is currently investigating this fraud.

I ordered more than a month ago. Still didn’t receive anything… first of all you get a confirmation and then a delay e-mail. Once you try to get a hold of them you have to contact them through many channels and they still don’t reply, after more than a week they did reply because I pushed for an answer and then they send me the things I ordered but still waiting to receive it… so don’t buy there it is not worth it

deceives people, sends a fake product for 799 nok, the value of which is less than 100 kr. You can exchange money only if you PAY FOR THE SHIPMENT YOURSELF, even though it says on the top of the page that the product exchange guarantee is within 30 days. although the store is Norwegian... at the bottom of the page it says London, but the fact that the goods need to be sent to Asia, scammers, selling at Norwegian prices is a load of trash !

I placed order yesterday at 21:45, after that I canceled that order on the same day at 22:26 Finnish time, which I notified in writing by email, but I did not receive any kind of comment from Belleza!
Today I received a notification from Belleza that the order has been shipped.. Why??
I had canceled the order yesterday.. On what basis, is Belleza sending the order today??
Based on the above, I am not obliged pick up the package you sent from the post office!

They got some troubles with feedback on mail, but fast and helpful through the whatsapp. Also great prices
