Can I give zero stars? Slow and slightly expensive shipping (I suspect it’s from further away than the Netherlands)

The item of clothing arrived with no labelling and definitely wasn’t 100% cotton. The cut was extremely unusual XL below the waist and M above. I ordered L so it didn’t fit well anywhere. Having felt the horrible material and seen the poor fit, it was time to ask for a return/refund.

This has proved to be impossible unless I opt for the £35 return shipping fee.

They keep offering me discounts on other items but I expect they will be equally shoddy.

I’ve given up trying and realise it is money down the drain.

My only hope is that this review will help someone else avoid the same happening to them….

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star but 0 was not an option. The shoes were nothing like the picture. Cheap plastic edge and battered. Refused to give me a full refund unless I paid £27 to post to China. Don't use them at all.

Same old story. Company advertised as British but actually Chinese
Merchandise nothing like advertised.
Return to China costs too much.
It is all a complete con.
Don't trade with this dishonest company.

Please do not buy from this company.
I bought an off the shoulder top from the company which was expected to arrive within five days. The top cost £45 which is a lot of money for me but I thought that I would treat myself after a difficult year.
The top arrived a couple of weeks later and wasn’t anything like the one advertised.
Just some cheap, rubbish .. I am medium but bought large and even this was too tight
I am now in the process of trying to get some sort of a refund

I bought a pair of trousers from them to find out TEMU was selling the same ones for half the price.

Belleza official and Belleza uk are the same company,they ask that I remove my Trustpilot review ,but I’m not ,They are the same company ..I have had a look on both websites and they show they are the same company..I am staying by my REVIEWS…..

I had reply offering help. All part of the scam. Haven't received my goods and they even cloned Yodel sites to look as though they had tried to deliver. Despicable

Many many mails later still no package or refund

All items come from Temu! Paid over £105 for 2 items that are advertised on Temu for a total of £21.56!

Terrible - just like everyone else in this thread, I was stupid enough to order an overpriced item that took weeks to arrive and when it did was just a cheap piece of rubbish, bearing no resemblance to the picture or description online. I notice too that the same models wearing similar items are being used to promote another online shop - (also claiming to be UK with a Dutch office address etc) - so that is most likely a scam too. Watch out for “Zola London” it’s pretty despicable Google promotes these crooks. I think they need to take responsibility too

Very poor quality clothing ..not worth it. I can't believe they can charge the prices they do..fancy dress costume quality !! Avoid !!

This is a total scam company, lie and lie and lie, I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering!! Never again, they want closing down

DON’T BUY FROM THEM! Everything about them is dishonest. They lie about delivery times and then lie again and again. My item still hasn’t been delivered, they are now blaming the time of the year. Every other company manages to get their items to me on time! I have asked for a refund and they have emailed saying they only refund if you ask for refund within an hour of ordering.

SCAM! The quality is terrible, the website images are misleading and false! If you want toto return the item they charge £25. Do not buy from here.

Shocking!!!Not even a one star worth.£40 in the bin. Qualituly absolutely rubbish, cannot believe they are allowed to trade. No communicqtion.

If you value your time and money do not shop here!!!! (I tried it out as I was a first time brand new customer - wanted to give it a try …. Terrible mistake)

So many problems;

1. They sent the wrong item completely (despite clear e-mail instruction provided)
2. The delivery took far too long (several weeks, almost an entire month)
3. Customer service was so rubbish that they couldn’t acknowledge what the problem was when I communicated with them
4. When the parcel arrived the package didn’t even include a return/alteration slip so unsure how they expect to process matters like these
5. The garment looked better online than in person

Overall I’d say it’s not worth the headache to buy from this retailer

Do not order from this company! I ordered a winter coat and recieved a dressing gown (nightwear) instead. It was of very cheap quality, even for nightwear and certainly couldn't be worn outside. They have refused to give me a full refund and offered a 40% refund instead. They have also informed me that the item would need to be sent to China as that is where their warehouse is and would be at my own cost. No address or returns label was sent. They are based in the Netherlands and operate under the company name Dekkers enterprise. As they are not a Uk company they don't have to adhere to the UK consumer law. TOTAL SCAM!!!

After waiting for what seemed like an eternity my coat arrived yesterday. It was not as described ar pictured. It is flimsy and more like a sweatshirt material, appalling quality. I wish l had checked reviews before purchasing. This company should not be allowed to trade!!
