Unethical stealth 'introductory' subscription. You then need to call and queue to cancel the subscription. Subscription traps are illegal, I will be reporting this company.

Started with an introductory offer and since then tried to cancel. It’s so difficult to cancel the subscription. Why you have to spend a long time on hold, the first time over an hour and the final time was relatively quick at 20 mins. Beer was ok, if the subscription was easier to manage then I may have had second thoughts but this isn’t for me.
Great customer service experience. Responsive
Great flavors and snacks with every case. Decent price for the quality and delivery. Monthly surprises, in a positive way. Customers service is also very well done.

If it wasn’t so hard to cancel over the phone I would probably re-start my subscription.
There is one thing that annoys me and that is when I cannot cancel a subscription with ease in an app or by managing my own account. I look at subscriptions like these as a bit of a treat, my wine subscription was really good and my husband loved his beers. It just can get pricey and so not being able to manage the account and cancel it without ringing someone I find annoying.

Great service, took the time to listen to my request and gave me appropriate guidance and suggestions based on it, very polite agent.
Good beers, interesting selection. They make it very easy to sign up but quite a bit harder and more time consuming to leave. I went through endless ‘are you really sure you want to leave’ pages on their site only to finally be given a phone number to call to cancel. On hold for 5 minutes and then a 5 minute call with their rep who was a nice enough but did his best to persuade me not to cancel

Second time with this absolute joke of a company. First time trucked into thinking I was getting a special one-off offer only to have money leave my account the next month. This time on Father’s Day I specifically selected the option of ‘one-off box’ and now I’ve just been charged for a second delivery the following month. This company are vampires and should be avoided at all costs. I’ll be reporting to trading standards as the last time I had someone on the phone they absolutely disregarded me and refused any refund. They have recently made the cancellation even MORE difficult by only providing a telephone service open Monday to Friday 9-5pm when most are at work. Disgusted with this.

Reza was very friendly and helpful when I called about cancelling my subscription. He explained a variety of great deals and beers I could receive on my next order, and took interest in my experience and tailoring the boxes to my preferences.
Hayley was absolutely lovely, so friendly and dealt with my matter amazingly :)
Christian was fantastic at advising me on options. He was polite and informative and a pleasure to speak with.
Beer is excellent with a good range (comes with a few snacks too) and lets you build up credit and rewards, extra cans and what-not. Can’t fault the drink at all, and it’s nice to try smaller producers too. Delivery always quick and on time, never damaged or anything like that. As with many subscriptions, leaving was far harder than joining. There is an option to pause (for a short while) and they offer lots of little temptations to stay. In the end, you have to ring and it’s a little long winded and you have to be politely firm. Kaye sorted it out though (although the other CS chaps before her were a little too persistent for my liking. 5 stars for the production, the website, the range and service as a member . Dropped a star for the small difficulties in moving on.

It annoys me that you have to call to cancel your subscription - especially as the phone line is only open 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri. Not helpful if you work those hours.
That said the guy I spoke to (Failla) was helpful and made it as painless as posible
