As someone previously wrote getting out of a beer 52 contract is harder than Amazon. I had cancelled it last month,or so I thought. Nothing came out of my account & nothing was sent. This month money was taken out of my account. I went through the process of cancelling again, you'll need to go on their website only to get to the link to phone them. When you phone you can look forward to 2 minutes of a beer 52 sales pitch before you get put on hold. I told the advisor I'd cancelled as I'm leaving the UK. Their advice was do you want to open an inquiry? Why, I'm leaving the country & nothing will come of it? I was told on Monday that my delivery was on it's way & hopefully it will get to me before my flight Wednesday. Why would I want to drink 10 beers, or whatever the amount is, & turn up at the airport hungover at 4 in the morning before a 14 hour flight? As it stands it's delayed by Yodel & I'll be well into my flight before the package arrives on the doorstep of an empty house. Will the delivery driver not deliver, will he abandon it on the doorstep, will he give it to a neighbour to enjoy? Who knows. No doubt they'll be a convoluted disingenuous 'we're sorry' from beer 52. That's if there's a response.
If I'd only just cancelled the coffee then I'm missing a beer delivery from last month. Do you deliver to Säu Paulo as a re delivery address. As it stands I'll be on a flight before that arrives at my former home.

Sorry, in 2026 I shouldn't have to call anyone to cancel a subscription. For anyone else who doesn't want to argue with a sales person, just messaged your bank demanding a block on any continuous payment authority from Beer 52 and that will take care of it.

Good service and customer service tried a couple of boxes beer was ok just not to my taste. Only issue I had was when it come to cancelling subscription you can only do this by call beer 52.
The agent was extremely calm, polite and helpful with my inquiry. They handled the call and my dilemma with professionalism.
Had trial pack through SAGA which was delivered within a day, extremely quick have only tried 3 of 8 cans and all very nice but have decided for the time being not to enter a regular commitment for the time being. Person handling cancellation was pleasant

The product I received was high quality and well packaged and came with a premium feeling magazine.
The customer service was great, very responsive, accurate and personal.
Would definitely recommend to a friend.
The full price subscrpition is a little pricey though, so I probably won't be keeping it for long.

Very pleased with the customer service which offered clear explanations in a patient and respectful manner. I spoke with Quentin Hill who took the time to discuss my wines 52 subscription options with me in terms of cost, wine preferences and preferred quantities. I did initially feel frustrated that to cancel a subscription it requires a phone call rather than online cancellation however by speaking with Quentin, I didn't choose to cancel and I was happy to change my subscription a little to something which suited. I will consider the other subscriptions in future such as the coffee club. The concept of the company is great which is something Quentin described in terms of how the clubs operate. I have enjoyed the quality of the wines and the idea of something new to try on each delivery.
