A week after ordering I’m still waiting to receive what was supposed to be an overnight delivery through APC Overnight. I’ve texted, emailed, chased. APC seem to have zero urgency. BMS may be a good company but if their delivery agents provide this awful service and BMS can’t get it solved, then BMS isn’t a company I’d recommend.

I got in touch with BMS Technologies as they are a Victron recognised distributor and they said they will price match anybody else. After I created my shopping list, which was in excess of £1500, they didn't need to price match as they gave me a discount for my first order! I got a telephone call to confirm my order and to see if they could change one of the items as it was no longer available but there was an alternative (still Victron) which was more expensive but they honoured the original price. Winner :). They kept me informed about delivery and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Highly recommend BMS Technologies.

After having an issue ordering online I called and spoke to Connor. He could not have been more helpful, battery was pretty much half price of elsewhere and he knew I was on a tight timeline so pushed sane day! Super helpful and could not be happier!
UPDATE! order placed at 11am and barter arrived at 2.30 following day. So impressed with this company!

Great Price, Great Service

I used click and collect. Put in car reg. Correct battery came up straight away at very good price. Was ready the same afternoon. Great parking spaces. Instant service from a very polite gentleman who carried it to the car for me. I would definitely recommend BMS.

Oh wow! Not only was this Bosch battery much cheaper than from Euro Parts (£40 cheaper!!!???) the delivery was excellent (notified between 14.52-blah, arrived at 15.00!!!). Amazingly lovingly packed too.

What went wrong was bms didn't test my inverter properly and sent it back with the same fault this cost me 35 quid in postage. The unit was still faulty and had to go back another 35 quid to sent it back. 7 weeks later it comes back (14 weeks without my source of power) I asked for a report of what they had fixed but it was too vague to understand. Please don't buy a victron product if it goes bad you will be stuck like me.

Put in car reg and said which battery was needed speedy service ready in a hour or so to pick up. Rung as wanted to check details and was really helpful we fitted it and working well. Thank you excellent service

really great company to deal with.
extremely fast delivery. they use DPD rather than some of the lesser known couriers. DPD are a pleasure to deal with so thank you BMS for using them.
just spoke with a sales rep on the phone and he was really helpful, made me feel totally at ease, they had everything under control.
i would give you 10 stars but they only let me have 5.
will buy from you guys again without a doubt.
have you as a saved seller on ebay as well.

This is the first time using them, they had the battery we wanted good price. After service has been great was recommended by my mechanic and will us them again. keep up the great work.

I was a first time buyer and am a pensioner. I made a note on my online purchase that I was 71 years old and would they please double checkthat the battery would fit my car. Apparently I received a better battery but no phone call to tell me to get my credit card out and pay an extra £10. So I had a free upgrade without any fuss or bother. I am really chuffed with my purchase and would recommend BMS Technologies wholeheartedly.

Great customer service, quick and efficient!

Easy to order, planned delivery date was quite soon after ordering. When it was eventually delivered, I found the battery well packed, undamaged and seemed to be well charged.
However the company was let down by the delivery delay of 3 days late without adequate communication over delivery delay. To be fair, delay may have been caused by storms, but no reason was given.

BMS technologies great courier they use needs to know what the arrows and keep upright means on the box

Was delivered next working day as promised.
Price including delivery was still cheaper than alot of places and for a top battery with 5 year warrenty.
Highly recommend
