I also have nothing but good things to say about Beeline and especially the support. The support responds very quickly and is open to improvements. I was helped with a bug in the app within 3 days... See more

Customer service is terrible. Quality of the detector is cheap crap. Tried to return it but their customer service took forever to respond and was barely helpful. The hoops you have to jump through to get it sent off are tedious/ near impossible and even after paying for shipping and duties before hand apparently there are more I was required to pay when it arrived in China, and there was no way for me to pay them so it ended up getting lost. Do not buy this garbage. Total waste of time, money, and effort. Lost over $400 on a $300 purchase.
Really helpful when had a pairing issue - very pleasant communication and an altogether enjoyable experience - so happy to be a Beeline customer - love the simplicity of the product and its no-nonsense approach to guidance .
The team at Beeline are amazing. I had a pretty tragic incident happen to my Velo 2, after a great ride out on Bank Holiday Monday, and within less than a week, they'd confirmed my details, dispatched, sent me the tracking info and had a new Velo 2 in my hands.
All this and they constantly kept me in the loop with what was happening behind the scenes, too.
Honestly, all companies should work like the team at Beeline.

Mounting rings were weak for me; their GPS disk will move around, then eventually falls off.
When Beeline issues an update, it took 2 days for the revision to take effect on your mobile app. In my case, the mobile app never worked right afterwards.
Customer service is non-existent in my experience. Three days of emails, no human would call me. Bots are designed to handle matters. Their first statements were "rest assured it's not our fault". Eventually, we humans tire out, through the Beeline stuff in the trash, and go buy an adult GPS.
Edit: The Beeline reply sounds good, but to me it's just another canned Bot response. They have no idea the app is still messed up. I am tired of helping them fix their mess. A human bought the GPS and a human should have contacted me.

I’ve had a Beeline Moto and a Moto 2. I’ve used it all over the UK on a cycle and motor cycle, and in Majorca and Tenerife. It is an excellent navigation system, very intuitive but it still takes a little learning how to get the best out of it. Today, I rode a motorcycle from 0230, 595 miles on unfamiliar roads, with several waypoints in remote areas. It worked perfectly throughout. Battery life is over 7 hours but will recharge from the bike or battery pack during a coffee break. It’s very impressive. It’s the size of a coin, fixes to the handlebar of anything I’m riding at the time. My old GPS needed a clumsy, powered mount, which doesn’t suit a classic bike.
The customer service is excellent. Three times over the years, I’ve identified one problem and suggested two updates. I got replies each time and the changes were implemented within a short time.

Just bought the new Beeline Moto2, after a couple of rides had a problem with the bar mounting adapter, spoke to Beeline, who went out of their way to sort a replacement, and have to say the Moto2 is superb to use, would highly recommended 👍👍

Beeline moto 2 was working last time I used it last year. Now it only shows a QR code on the screen. I have tried for over 2 weeks to get beeline to help with this, They are absolutely useless, yes I said USELESS!!!! They send me messages to do things on my mobile that do not exist. They say they do not offer a verbal service but Mark Jenner sent me a message saying he would call me to help. HE DID NOT CALL!!They try to blame my mobile phone for the problem but it is running within the specifications they list. They do not even get the same person to contact you about problems. They are quite willing to get you to pay over £200 for their products but don't seem to want to talk to you about problems, only messages! My advice is DO NOT BUY A BEELINE.USE A SAT NAV INSTEAD AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HASSEL FROM THEM.

So I live here in Austin Texas. Lots of open roads, lots of paths less traveled. I have two Harleys' and my favorite is my 2020 Road King. I had tried several gps devices. My buddies as well. Large tank held, smartphone.. always something just not quite right. I wondered how well something smaller could actually give the visibility and information needed. Gave it a try and it is awesome. It gives precise information in a very intuitive way. So you get what you need quickly. The app is great as you have more precision on setting up exact routes. Not having to fumble trying to get it to understand "NO this way"
I had upgraded to a moto 2, and asked about using the previous mount and support was excellent. Other than that I have had no issues. And this little guy has saved my a$$ several times on getting me in the correct lane, correct turn.. things you do not want to be confused on riding.. This is an excellently engineered device, and accompanied application. From Austin Texas 5 stars.. will be taking a trip to Florida in a bit.. already mapped out the scenic route.. Happy Riding!

I bought the Velo 2 for an up-coming UK Coast to Coast trip. Initially I had problems with power consumption on my phone but more of that later. I like the Velo 2 both for recording rides a-la strava, and for navigating routes, for which it is very good, gives you a beep when approaching a turn and 2 beeps when you are there along with a road/turn diagram on the display. Just what I need for the C2C trip. If you go off course it shows a dotted line to get you back on track or re-routes you depending on how you created the route. Back to the power consumption, I found my phone was dropping to 6% after a 3hour ride whereas strava would be down to only 50%, but (and here is the best thing about beeline) the help I got from the team was second to none, they worked with me trying this and that before we all realised that the problem was that I was starting the recording from the app and leaving it open - because it expects to navigate you the app does NOT shut off the screen on your phone like Strava would on a record, and it was this that was draining my phone. Now I can start it from the device or if starting from the app deliberately close it so the screen goes off and the consumption is less than recording with Strava.

I regret purchasing this product with a limited lifespan. I hardly used it and when I tried to charge it up recently, the device failed. It's out of the warranty period and the manufacturer offers no solutions other than to suggest upgrading to a newer model. BTW, I found it more useful on my bicycle than on my motorcycle. The turn indicators usually don't activate until you are right at the intersection. It's fine on a low speed bicycle, but pretty much useless when traveling at speed on a motorcycle. Cheaply made and feels like a toy.

My Beeline Moto 2 finally gave up last week with a hardware error which caused the screen to go black/blank and be unusable despite resetting and trying to update via the app. This happened about 50 miles from home so I was back to old school navigation of general direction setting. It was the expensive £180 gun metal grey version and I have used it successfully for several thousands of miles on all my bikes recently. I was particularly gutted to check my receipt once home and it was three weeks over the 1 year warranty period. Typical! I began steeling myself to pay for a new one.
I checked in with the support team and my heart initially sank as they have a one working day turn around time with no one to talk to immediately but a bot. I wasn’t hopeful until they got back to me the following day.
These guys are simply delightful. After going through sending them a video of the issue and providing a copy of my original receipt they offered me a free of charge refurbished replacement device without me even asking. All I had to do was to send my broken one back via registered post and email them a copy of my postage receipt / tracking number.
They even dispatched my refurbished one before mine had been returned. The only cost to me was my postage (theirs was free).
Outstanding customer service #beeline. If only everyone cared this much. Thank you.

Small, smart, simple. Easy to use and an smooth design, easy interface. Was looking for a replacement for my ugly and troublesome phone-frame on my bike. Found it in this nice little thing.
Had some troubles with my account, fault on my side, but the superb support dept helped me out.

Have had their Moto II for almost 2 years, ridden all across Europe with it to full satisfaction. Through bad luck it developed a hardware issue so I had to contact support which was a very refreshing pleasant surprise. Things were solved smooth, friendly and hassle free and I'm back on the road in less than a week. Would absolutely recommend both the product and company to anybody.

Used beeline moto 2 for first time 10 minutes into journey the screen as gone stripey and dull this looks like a common fault reading on the Facebook page
Beeline customer service is terrible don't want to help so I'm left with a £175 paper weight

Beeline isn’t like regular gps devices. It’s simple, small, and gives just the information I need while allowing me to focus on the ride without spoiling the lines of the bike.
The Moto II pairs with an app on my phone which drives the navigation and gps fix, records routes and gives great insights. The app wasn’t without flaws, and when I did spot a critical bug and found what triggered it (notification beeps crashing the voice navigation) I reported the issue via Beeline’s live chat.
The technical team replicated the issue quickly and released a fix within a few weeks, stating in touch throughout and checking that the fix worked for me.
They were well mannered, friendly, and took the issue seriously despite not being a known issue. I’d like to thank Beeline for developing a great little device, and their positive response when things weren’t working as intended.

I had a hardware problem with my device, with a particular error hard to fix. I’m living in Brazil. Technical service just told me to discard the device and they sent my a new one. It arrived incredibly fast. This is one of the best customer service I have received in my life.

Problem with device when received as it wouldn't show navigation. Their support advised me and quickly I now have the device displaying everything properly without having to return the device. Very easy to use and with a simple bike computer it gives me all I need. I have a Garmin but that is now redundant.

I absolutely love this product, and the support is fantastic. I ran into a little problem and they were quick to find me a solution, no questions asked. Keep your professionalism like that and I sincerely hope you grow as a company. Wish you the best!

I had a great experience with their support team. The response time was excellent, and the communication was always courteous and professional.
The issue I was facing was resolved quickly after their guidance, and everything is now working perfectly. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind its product and provide such efficient assistance.
Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.
