Very helpful company, used them multiple times.

I have used this company in the passed and had first class service, my latest order was made at 15.17 on a Monday the company quote that orders made before 17.00 will be delivered the next day. I received a conformation email that item had been dispatched at 9 am on Tuesday, after contacting the company it was confirm my order would be arriving until the followed day. This is not the service that is advertised. This not an acceptable level of service.

Was recommended BMS by a friend. Ordered what I needed on Friday at 4pm. Delivered 3:30pm on Saturday. Brilliant service. Not installed anything just yet, but all items look as expected. So far I would 100% use again.

Great service from BMS as previous purchases, good price and battery received next day. Will be using them again in the future.

Great experience when going in store to get battery for my Ford Ranger. Connor on the desk was friendly and engaging. Really knowledgable too. Took his time to explain the different batteries and options, and even what to do if my battery monitoring system needs resetting. Will recommend and return again.

I ordered my battery for click and collect on the Tuesday and collected it lunchtime the following day. On entering the shop to collect it I was greeted by a very helpful and polite chap who sorted my collection out very swiftly and with a smile. What more can you ask for. Perfect 👌

Reported damaged optima battery and package, no reply from BMS. Upon complaint. Had to issue small court claim, having taken legal advice, will update on decision.
Update
The firm rang me today and a rather belligerent individual pestered for information stating the order from their own invoice couldn’t be found. Laughable. She then went on to say she’d found it via postcode but wouldn’t confirm any reference at their end - dubious to say the least. She also said they had a department that handles court case paperwork so clearly this firm is absolutely shoddy as heck- go ANYWHERE for your battery than this cowboy firm. Not once did this employee suggest trying to resolve. Disgusting - see you in court. I reserve the right to use this review as evidence to the court.

You madam were uninterested in even looking at the email notifying of the damage, you in fact declined for me to forward it on to you. You were quite happy to receive the legal action as per your comments rather than resolve or investigate which indicates your ‘care less’ attitude.

BMS are a fantastic company, their customer service is legendary. Callum dealt with my warranty claim, and the thing I love is he owned it, what a great experience something you don't get these days from other retailers, Xalfords would have tried to fob me off buying a new battery. Never be put off from distance sales, they use APC couriers and are great. I had to send a deposit for carriage, but all refunded on a warranty claim. Unfortunate things happen with batteries, but Callum looked after me from start to finish, full updates and great communication. If I could give 10/10 I would or more but I can only give 5 stars on Trustpilot. Great company, great team, great tech support. Keep it up BMS.

I highly recommend this company. We ordered a caravan battery off them which was unfortunately damaged during delivery. After a conversation with Callum a very helpful customer services assistant the battery was replaced promptly and arrangements made for collection of the damaged battery shortly afterwards.

Keiran & Ryan really helpful with Ryan explaining the wiring for our van conversion & parts needed. Even drawing a diagram, which made it so much easier to follow. Thanks very much. Malc
