They offered a great service, proper advice, excellent communication, fast delivery and good quality products.
They are not cheap but they are right on the job.

We ordered a Blanco sink and on opening the package we noticed there was a corner of the sink that was broken. We immediately let Yasser at Banyo know and he immediately reordered a replacement sink.
This is our second time of ordering through Banyo and would highly recommend them. Thank you Banyo for your continued first class customer service.

Delivery Charge:
Having entered my postcode to check for Delivery Charge the screen indicated £0,
After I made my purchase an operator called me asking if I had selected 'Click & Collect, I did not select this radar button, the system showed my order WAS for delivery too my address?
There was no indication of a £25 delivery charge, this had to be paid separately AFTER I had made my purchase.

Customer service has been amazing, items safely delivered, (not fitted yet). Banyo have been a breath of fresh air, going back to making you feel that as a customer you are impotant to them, a shame they are a rarity. Thank you for all your help

Yasser was great, we ordered a bath with a trap, the trapped leaked within 3 month and he kind managed to get us a replacement unit.

Good and fast delivery but i was disppointed with the website. Paid £600 and there was no mention of delivery cost £15, until i was emailed to pay more. This was bought for someone else and if i was paying this myself i would have cancelled the order as i think this is very misleading

I needed a set of Bette bath mats as a Christmas present at short notice. Banyo customer service went above and beyond trying to get the items and deliver them to me. They kept in touch throughout by phone and email to keep me informed - brilliant customer service by Yasser! Would thoroughly recommend this company - great prices and great service!
