Excellent service from beginning to end of the job. Very easy to arrange an appointment via telephone. Mark visited to assess the problem we had with C/H boiler. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issue and clearly explain what needed doing.
I received an emailed quote within an hour and then telephoned the office to book an appointment for the next day.
The work was carried out by Sam. He was very efficient and friendly......explained the various processes and completed the required work very professionally.
Very impressed throughout the process and can definitely recommend this company.

Annual service. Very conscientious and took pains to find out if we had problems. If so, he fixed them. Was indteresting that after the service the house became 50 per cent warmer - especially at night and my husband and I both slept better as we felt really warm.

We asked them to conduct an EICR, Gas survey and Plumbing survey for a property we were in the sales process for.
The price seemed reasonable, it was only a few days until an engineer could visit to conduct these and they even organised getting the keys off of the estate agent to gain access.
The report was really thorough and they also provided quotes for the repairs that would be required.
Had a new boiler installed by Safe Gas over a year ago and service was excellent.
Have just had annual service done by them and again excellent service.
I was given a 4 hour slot and engineer informed me of the time he would arrive, however office rang to say they had an engineeer free that could come straight away. Nice to be kept informed, thank you Safe Gas.

Highly recommend this Company.

Great response, an engineer (Sam) arrived within two hours and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and fitted it before the end of the day. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Safe Gas contacted me a few weeks ago to remind me that my boiler service was due, and I replied immediately with a request for a possible date in early January, a year after the previous service. Shortly after my request I was sent a possible date and time. I contacted Safe Gas by telephone to confirm the date they had suggested, and I arranged payment.
The actual service took place as planned. The service engineer was very helpful, and answered some questions I had about the age of the boiler and possible next steps.
My reason for not giving 5 stars is that I received an auto-generated email from Safe Gas that seemed to negate the arrangements I had already made, so I telephoned them to check that all the arrangements were still in place.
I would like to suggest that Safe Gas make some small system changes that ensure that auto-generated emails are only sent out if the client has not responded to previous emails, which would not have been true in my case. This may not be possible, but it would be appreciated.
As ever, timely, careful, efficient, competent and cheerful - what else can we ask for?!

We arranged for Safe Gas to come and carry out a service. Sam, the engineer, was very helpful. He found a problem with the boiler but came back and fixed it the following week. Saved us the cost of replacing the boiler and we will definitely use this company again.
