Fantastic family business
I ordered custom hats and the process from start to finish was fantastic - especially during the proofing process, with Banana Moon staff eager to tweak designs to my specification. Will definitely be ordering again in future!

Speed, Quality, Customer Service - should have 6 stars
The quality of the garments and logo stitching are top notch. Artwork took a couple days but the delivery came very quickly after approval. As it happens, they made a mistake with which logo was used on different garments - I pointed it out and they offered 50% off the order and let me keep the wrong, but not un-usable garments - top notch customer care. I used the refund to purchase some more garments from them.

A VERY IRISH DO'
Originally herd about Bananamoon from a friend who works there, and she popped me in touch with Louise, and there was no going back, didn't even bother contacting anyone else! Why would I!
Louise, Katherine and Lai May took all my info, worked their magic, and sent me a product I (and I'm sure the stag company) love.
Cost effective, friendly, professional, and patient! No complaints from me, I'll be back with some more projects for sure!

Banana Moon delivered again. My annual order of TShirts for our kids aquathlon was super smooth and super quick. Louise had already reached out to see if I needed any assistance and took my requirements, turning it into an order and then expediting delivery to ensure they arrived in time. Very helpful, very friendly and polite and very efficient. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service and a stress free experience!
The website was easy to navigate and allowed me to upload my own design for customised leavers hoodies very easily! They had some trouble with the file I uploaded but the team helped me to resolve it quickly with no hassle or stress. They sent me a final mock up so I could see what the hoodies would look like before they went to print with measurements and details of what printing process they would use too. The customer service was quick and informative and helped the whole process go through smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Banana Moon for customised clothing!
