My parcel with an order of 3 bikini’s got lost. After sending 20 mails to Customer service, they still haven’t solved the issue.
Result: no bikini’s for my holiday and no refund yet.

They didn t want to help my daughter with giving a return label, . So she had to sent it without a return label, and had to pay Bpost. After she sent it with Bpost Banamoon suddenly were coming with the proposal to give her a return label? How redicoulous is that. It is like they did it on purpose.
The package has been sent now more than 2 weeks ago, just from Belgium to France and it has not been received?
As they didn t want the first time give a return label, they can now tell anything, even if the package has arrived.
We read reviews with same resending problems of other customers.
She will clearly never see her 350 Eur back again.

The first time i tried to return the items because of there are not true to size i had problems so i asked banana moon for help they refused to help me. So i tried a second time now i am waiting for something like 3 weeks for a refund and the only thing they say is we dont have so we cant pay you back. I am not even sure i will ever get my 350 euros back from that company. Customer service doesnt want to help! If i could give 0 stars i would

Dear Banana Moon, that is precisely the problem. I have followed the instructions for use. You are constantly hiding behind it. It makes me discouraged. I work in the textile industry myself and know what a fabric does and does not do with sunlight. This is poor quality and definitely not worth the money. Who wants a bikini that discolors after wearing it a few times?

This is unbelievable, other companies have at least some arrangements where customers pay 2 euro for sending stuff back, or it’s entirely free. Thank you

My Banana Moon order arrived in a bag that had been slit open and resealed with packing tape. The only things in the bag were the catalog and the packing slip - no swimsuit!
I contacted customer service via email in the evening EST. I received a prompt and helpful response from Cheryl. She continued to keep me updated, was friendly, and proactive!!
She noticed that I had mistakenly ordered two of the same suit in the same size and she inquired about that so that she could take care of it on the front end!
A++++++ customer service! Banana Moon has an acquired a customer for life with the kind of customer care Cheryl provided.

I love Banana Moon. They are so beautiful and so perfect the entire summer. I feel good in them and they have an amazing quality. Banana Moon is of course a bit pricy, but totally worth it! Almost all of my swimwear is Banana Moon. I use them probably every day in the summer, both in sea and pools. And they are just in perfect condition, after years.

I came across Banana Moon when buying swimsuits from Victoria's Secret. Victoria's Secret did not have my size for two tops, so I went to Banana Moon's site directly. When I received my order, I didn't like the fit (loved the Banana Moon bottoms that I purchased from Victoria’s Secret).
I followed the return instructions and when I went to mail the items back at a UPS store, I was told I had two options 1) to mail via United State Postal Service which would take about 3 months and I would be well outside of the return policy time frame of 15 days or 2) pay $195 for DHL which is more than the items cost.
I shared this information with the Banana Moon customer service team via email and was told they would accept my return outside of the 15 day window, so I could move forward with the first, less expensive, option. However, weeks later the package was returned to me so I have over $100 of merchandise that does not fit and lost about $30 trying to mail it back. I assume the items were not accepted because they were outside of the 15 day return period, but no information was included to confirm this.
It seems as though the company does not live up to its return policy. I recommend only buying from a brick-and-mortar store or through an online retailer like Victoria’s Secret with a real return policy. The swimsuits are cute and I do like the Banana Moon bottoms I purchased from Victoria’s Secret, but after this experience, I will not be a returning customer.

I bought a beautiful bikini from Banana Moon last Sunday in a boutique in Spain.Two days later I wore it for the first time on the beach. During the day the top of the bikini started to lose the color in places. And it got worse by the hour. Back from the beach I called the store. They told me to come by. So I took a 20 minute drive and went back to the store. The bikini was given a look and I was directly insinuated I had used bleach. Which is simply not true. It came to a very unpleasant discussion and I was portrayed as a liar who manipulates. Which makes no sense at all. I bought the bikini because I like it and I would have exchanged it for a flawless product. But I was offered nothing of the sort. Neither an exchange, nor the money. I was told she can only take a photo and send it to the company for quality assurance. (No respond so far) I am extremely disappointed about the quality and that I am therefore accused of lying. That I spent a lot of money for a beautiful bikini that is no longer beautiful and that after such a short time.
I contacted the manufacturer and on the second attempt I was helped directly. The Bikini were exchanged. I can recommend to buy the bikinis directly in the online store. There you will be helped if something does not fit.

I returned a bikini and paid for a signature return at the beginning on June and still haven’t received my refund. I have emailed several times with photographic proof of return and still no refund. My emails now go unanswered. This is a disgrace especially as they are not cheap. Banana Moon, where is my money?

I have been trying to get in contact with Banana Moon for a month now and no one has been able to help me. I have sent Whatsapps, I have emailed and I have tried to call. The phone was put down on me when I called and I have not received any replies on my email. I rarely write negative reviews and this time I just had to. I am so so disappointed.
