Great but some stuff might be a bit overpriced

The frame is nice very clean, but the shipment delay delay little little bit

I ordered a signed top from firma Stella for a surprise 40th birthday. From start to finish the service they have provided has been exceptional. There was a slight hiccup where I had asked for a personal message on the frame that was not done. However the customer service, communication and they just genuinely cared about getting it right, Firma Stella had it resolved extremely quickly!

The top and frame along with the certificate of authenticity really made it. Was first class and well worth the money!
I have to mention Mark and Ryan who provided this service, you are a credit to your company and really have went above and beyond. Would highly recommend purchasing from firma Stella as you won’t be disappointed! Thanks for everything!

Got a signed mike tyson glove in dome casing and also a signed christiano Ronaldo bootvin dome casing. Absolutely fantastic made my two boys' Christmas they loved it. Highly recommend this site. Fantastic support and communication also. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Firma Stella do also provide an excellent level of customer service. This certainly does make the process of purchasing any sporting memorabilia from them incredibly easy and stress free.

I have dealt with Firma Stella for a number of years purchasing items for myself and as gifts. The items always arrive within the time period stated and well packaged (no damage to items ordered). The quality of the items is of a good standard and, having retired, I have set about building a "man cave" populated with sporting memorabilia.

I had some issues with them last week late delivery not happy with the product . The owner of the company rang me personally on Monday morning and sorted it all out . Sending me out a replacement by express courier that arrived Tuesday . He allowed me to keep the original purchase and deducted money off . He could not have been more helpful . The best customer service I have ever experienced. With a football mad family I will definitely use them again
