Online Purchase/In-Store Pickup AMAZING!
Looked for a 7-speed Shimano Cassette, found Balfes had a range of ratios to choose from and clicked on the one that suited my bike best. Was cheaper than every other shop/site, and best of all, was delivered in less than half the time indicated on Balfes' website!!

Fantastic service
I had a flat tyre after cycling over an open safety pin and Balfe's sorted it out for me straight away, with new inner tube, and a quick safety check to make sure all was well before I left the shop. Really friendly and helpful staff
