Easy to work with, answered questions quickly, and backdrop came in expected time!

Easy to use, everything looks great!

Perfect quality. Excellent price. Fast service What could be better?

Upon arrival, several seams were coming undone and several grommets had already fallen out. This is cheap Chinese manufacturing. When I contacted customer support they stated they would send new grommets. Those never arrived. They also ignored the fact that you need special tools to install them. As for the seams, they wanted me to take it to a tailor on my own time to get it fixed with only a promise that they would repay me for it. Considering the complete failure that was their customer service in regards to the grommets, I am not inclined to believe their word. They started ghosting me when I was insisting that they repair or replace the damaged piece. I spent over $700 with them for shoddy workmanship and I feel like I was ripped off. Not only was the workmanship subpar, but their total lack of customer service is depressing. I would not do business with them again.

Honestly if I could give negative stars to this company I would. Over several orders they have either misprinted or just not posted orders. Caused significant disruption at events. Could potentially forgive mistakes if customer support was anywhere near acceptable however emails routinely not answered and queries take weeks to resolve.

Design/order process on the website was super easy. Customer service to ensure the order was accurate was top notch. From order to delivery was only about a week. Product is high quality. Overall, great experience and will reorder.

Ordering was easy and the product is just beautiful. My only wish is that I would have received notification when the job shipped with the tracking info instead of having to bug someone. Luckily, the customer service was quick to reply and very kind.

Nice work from artwork to print. Fast turn around. I will use Backdropsource again in the near future.

Worst customer service. They just don’t care to keep promises. We had to order a sign from another shop costing us money and time.

Fantastic service and delivery as promised from backdropsource. We are a non-profit fighting pancreatic cancer and needed banners for our key annual fundraiser. The products we received were absolutely ideal and made the event. The service was extremely attentive, and we received responses almost immediately to any and all queries. The quality of the end products was better than expected especially considering their reasonable pricing. Great experience all round, we would highly recommend.

I previously had a poor experience with Backdrop Source but they have definitely redeemed themselves. We ordered a replacement banner (without the stand) for a banner previously purchased in order to have a different design. Ross from their Customer Service team answered all of my questions and made the ordering process quick and easy. The banner arrived during the timeframe they gave me and they even threw in an extra carrying bag to make up for our last experience. We will be ordering again.

If you are hesitant about ordering, the biggest issue we had in the past was not getting our items in time. I would recommend ordering with more lead time if that is something you would be worried about. We chose Backdrop Source because it was the only place we could find a backdrop banner for our conference booth set up where we could have one stand but have multiple banners that attach to it for when we are talking to different industries.

The product was poor and unusable. A total waste of money. We had no step and repeat.

I have ordered several of the Tension Fabric Walls and have been really impressed with the quality of the print, sturdiness of the construction, and the quick turnaround time.

Customer support over their chat feature and via email has been exceptional. I am always able to quickly get the support I need.

Backdrop arrived quickly and in good condition. It does have a seem down the middle, but the quality is nice and it looked great when I got it on my backdrop stand and pulled it tight. I would absolutely recommend.

At the first steps to buy everything was ok, I didn't receive the confirmation that I will receive it on time, so I ask and they say I will receive it on time, but It doesn't happen. I need it for Friday and I received on Monday almost 4 pm, it was a wall for a event who last two days, so I lost the half of this. The communication is dead on the weekend and they answer when they want, and even write saying the deliver happens, and was a lie. And when I start to complain to PayPal, they start to answer my emails. I buy from Mexico to deliver in Washington.

I was very concerned about the quality and this style of banner stand. I have never done business with this company and i usually do not comment on something i purchased. The banner stand exceeded my expectations. looks fantastic and everyone here simply said Wow! I will be doing business with this company in the future.

I ordered two large backdrops from Backdropsource and they were both perfect. They even included extra velcro for mounting (which I was not expecting). Will definitely be using them again. The backdrops did ship from China, but actually arrived a day earlier than expected.
