If anything at all is wrong with your order, don't except any assistance from customer service. We spent thousands with them on a brand new show kit and when some of the items showed up not as expected (it was advertised differently on their website), they refused to replace the items or provide a refund. Awful business.

Great experience, ordering from West Canada. Prompt communication, and the backdrop looks exactly like how it was designed on screen. I was a little worried how it would come out because we had some gradients and light pastel colors, but it was accurately printed. Highly recommended for backdrops!

I am a repeat customer of Backdrop Source and I return because they have an amazing turnaround time. My latest order, a 3-piece trade show booth, arrived from order date to delivery in BC, Canada in 7 business days. Executives don't always give lots of time for the marketing materials they need. Backdrop Source has consistantly made me look like a rock star for making things happen on a tight time frame.

The colours just pop, and I can't wait to see it at the conference. I love how easily packed it was. Looks easy to assemble and disassemble with a handy carrying case.

I’m absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the quality and speed of this 3D backdrop! The fabric is gorgeous, the print quality is vivid, and the stand feels sturdy. Production and delivery were lightning fast, and I could not be more impressed.

As a designer, I want to note something about colour: many reviews mention colour-matching issues. That’s not surprising, even with Pantone colours inks behave differently on different materials. For multi-piece booth setups, avoid large blocks of solid colour.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

The lead time was very fast and print quality was great! Very slight delay in shipping (that's on the carrier not Backdropsource) but overall excellent experience, highly recommend.

I though the shopping and ordering process was a bit confusing since there where a lot of back and forth with different people on your end.

Backdrop Source do not care about customer service. We spent thousands on new event setup, and they printed different shades of orange for essentially everything. So our setup does not look clean, consistent, and professional; it looks like we have ordered from 5 different companies everything is so inconsistent. We ordered 1 banner first to see if we liked the quality and colour, we did and then asked them to reprint 2 more banners and 3 tablecloths. When they arrived, they were completely different colours, even the banners and tablecloths were different colours. We then rang and asked if we could reprint and they basically told us it was our fault as we approved the proof, even though we had specifically asked to match our HEX code on all orders. We then re-ordered another banner to match the new order so that we would have enough for our tradeshow. This one came, and it is a different colour to the other 2 orders. We emailed them for support, and they didn't reply. In short, just stay away from this company; they do not care about satisfaction, they only care about money.

Print quality is good and came within the timeframe specified. Support team also communicated with how I wanted the design to look and it turned out great.

Easy ordering, good product and fast delivery.

Being a complete newbie to this, they made it easy to decide on a layout and design.
