Very responsive and helpful team and delivered on time

I ordered a 10x10 booth kit. Throughout the process the team at Backdropsource was very communicative and helpful. We went through several iterations during the design process and they were very patient with my revision requests and the final design was impressive. After approving the order I received the booth kit in under a week, incredibly fast and surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend them to any company looking for conference or trade show booth equipment!

This is a big machine, with no real customer service. You're just a number. Expect to be disappointed.

I was very impressed with the quality of all of the backdrops that I ordered. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. This was my first time using Backdropsource, but I will definitely be using it again.

Looked around online with my low budget in mind. Most companies were too expensive. Backdropsource.com was the ticket with the right product including poles and a very right price as well. Their assistance in acquiring artwork and arranging it in a pleasing way was also very satisfying. So, thumbs up to the staff at backdropsource.com.

This company has blown all others out of the water on speed of production, QUALITY, communication, and customer service. And their pricing is fantastic. I couldn't recommend them more!

I work in events and have used BackDropSource for not only our company's booth but also activations and signage! Due to last-minute changes and updates, they are so patient and diligent when I have needed an urgent graphic.

The online template guide was excellent for giving me dimensions to design and layout a table cover. I submitted the design with my order, and received a production proof within an hour of the order. The final product arrived in less than a week from the order. The quality of the table cover is excellent. I would definitely recommend and will likely use them again for additional marketing items

The product is excellent, but it takes 24 hours to get updates back from design and I ended up just designing myself. Also, I paid for the tower with the motor and it didn't deliver with the tower. I had to let them know and they told me I would need to source that locally. I am still waiting on them to get back to me or to send me a refund.

The team was incredibly quick, and my order arrived quicker than expected! The product was just as marketed and arrived just as the mock-up provided.

Will be purchasing again!

The experience with Backdropsource has been great, but the choice to use DHL as the delivery carrier has been challenging. This is the second time DHL has delivered a package after hours and left it outside our front office door. Fortunately, both times the packages were still there when we arrived the following morning, but this does create a risk for loss or damage.
Your product quality and customer service continue to be excellent — our only concern is the reliability of DHL’s delivery practices.
