The fibre broadband does exactly what they say, and delivers seamless super fast gigabit speeds up and down. Backed up with helpful local support when needed. Very good value for money compared to ‘the big’ providers.

When we moved in we had a router delivered same day but couldn’t get connected the same day as the removal wagon was parked over the connection cover. B4RN came back next day and completed the job.
Recently when some essential maintenance was carried out we were kept informed every step of the way.

I cannot praise Martin at B4RN highly enough. From the moment I contacted him, he was immediately on the ball. He responded straight away, arrived within a couple of hours, and then proceeded to spend virtually the entire day diagnosing and fixing our connection issues.

This wasn't just an inconvenience for us—it was a critical problem affecting both a business and an off-grid home that relies heavily on an internet connection for day-to-day operation. The situation was urgent, and Martin treated it exactly as such.

Throughout the entire process, Martin was professional, knowledgeable, determined, and incredibly thorough. He never rushed the job and worked tirelessly until the issue was fully resolved. As someone not graced with technical know-how, I've needed a lot of help from Barn in switching a landline to the digital network. B4RN works really well for us - I work from home and don't really experience any issues, there have been the odd issue but when that happens B4RN keep us updated on the issue and advise what actions are being taken to resolve the issue.

I worked in IT for 25+ years and never had a network, even i the office, that was so fast.
Plenty of notice is given of projected downtime and that is normally at night.

We have used B4RN in the rural North West for almost a year and not had an issue but we do use a mesh wi-fi repeater throughout. On the rare occasions I have needed to speak to someone they have been very good, although I did experience some difficulties at the point of setting up the account.

Overall, we are very impressed with them, we like the fact that they are community based/led and highly recommend them.

Excellent fibre broadband delivering 1Gbs at the modem router.
The wireless range is not as good as hoped so had to spend m9ney on WiFi extenders through the house.
But the basic service is consistently fast and reliable.

The product is excellent and the installation and support at that point was good. Friendly and helpful people.

Before B4RN connected to Ingleton our broadband speed was abysmal. (BT for most of us). But remember most people had poor service throughout the country.
We've enjoyed 10 years with B4RN and I am still very very happy with their service. I didn't connect to your phone service cos there was 'nobody in' so I stayed with Vonage. 22

I have been a customer of B4RN since 2015 and consider myself lucky to live in an area with access to such a superb service. Not only does it offer a technically superior product but the people supporting it are so pleasant to deal with and money I pay stays local creating employment and training.

Ethernet IAD started having problems over WiFi, initial call to customer services was dealt with very professionally, unit replaced within 24 hours, excellent service

You're service is great and living without it now in Old Hutton where telephone reception etc. Is almost non existence would be unthinkable.

I could not fault them. Great internet speed at reasonable cost and if there is a problem it is resolved swiftly.

We've had a B4RN connection for almost 10 years and it is has been reliable, stable and sufficiently fast for a family with three teens. It's easy to contact if there is ever a problem because it is local - and information is given well in advance for any maintenance etc. Also good value for money.
