I lost the Voice service due to a reset (not advised by the way!).
Reported to B4RN Technical Helpdesk, who responded immediately and solved the problem quickly and effectively, keeping me fully informed throughout.

I decided to change my review because their service manager Thomas got involved and is trying to help sort the problem out. So considering this is not exactly some easy task I appreciate the effort and I think we eventually get it fixed.
Be aware tho ! 5 star is earned so i do expect this to be solved …

13.05.2026. CA17 4EG. Helen and Jon from B4rn attended our broken wire within 28 hours of us reporting it. The wire had been damaged by carrying out groundworks in our garden by accident.
Helen and Jon were extremely professional, and explained how they would repair the wire to get our broadband back working. They were also polite, tidy workers and a pleasure to deal with. They had the job sorted within an hour or so.
A top quality response from B4rn. With the work carried out by 2 people who are very good at their jobs and fantastic to deal with.

Very impressed with the service & the attitudes of the staff involved - couldn't have been more helpful.
I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to install our Wi-Fi. We already have the cable so it’s just a case of someone coming to activate it. I have emailed and phoned to escalate and no one has been bothered to answer or resolve things. So I am at home with mu six week old baby breastfeeding with no Wi-Fi in the middle of nowhere. Awful
Been with B4RN for some years and never got round to writing a review
For anyone in the North West it’s a far smaller outfit than most broadband suppliers but line speed is great and ( almost unheard of these days) you can get through to a real person !!!
Anyone stuck with garbage suppliers like Sky or Talk Talk really should check them out
Often goes down and support is very sporadic and not from specialists. Don’t switch to it.
