I cannot rate this company high enough. From the efficient and timely responses to emails to the installation and completion of the job my experience can only be described as faultless. Ben was especially helpful and the guys that did the work on site were professional, friendly and worked very efficiently in what was more of a complicated job that first anticipated. I had contacted several companies before about the same job and they never even replied to my email! Thoroughly recommend.

Very impressive warranty issue resolution. Not only am I grateful for their willingness to take care of the matter, but the speed at which they did so almost took me by surprise. Just a couple of business days from raining the issue to receiving a surprise replacement in the mail.

Fantastic Customer Experience
Ordered the wrong version of a projector by accident and Tom got straight onto putting it right. Unfortunately what I did want was out of stock but Tom managed to find one direct with the supplier and get one on hold for me. He kept me up to date throughout the day. A 10/10 Service Experience!
The Service was Excellent! I ordered an Item for a Digital Board and the Person in Charge of my Order, Mr. Tom Donegan was kind and thoughtful enough to give me a Call and make sure that the Model of my Board was compatible with the Item I ordered. They went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the Right Thing by contacting the Manufacturer of my Ordered Item and confirm that it will work properly and that is something I extremely respect and appreciate! After a phone call to say the monitor…
After a phone call to say the monitor was out of stock with both themselves and the supplier, Ellie was on the ball to find a few alternatives for me after asking what I was looking for.
After choosing one which they kindly matched the price for, it was sent out for next day delivery. Unfortunate that the original screen would have been a few weeks wait, the alternative had slightly better specs, so I can't fault their service.

Great service
Thank you to Tom Donegan at AV Parts Master for his excellent service throughout the purchasing process for a replacement projector and screen for our church hall. We are delighted with the new set-up which has given us a bright, crisp image even with the lights on. Following initial contact Tom responded promptly with each follow-up email and was very patient while I applied for movement certificates between UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Once the certificates were in place, a delivery date was scheduled and the goods promptly arrived on the day as promised. I have no hesitation in commending AV Parts Master for their excellent service.
