We were on holiday when an object hit the windscreen. We we visiting four different locations,however the chap who looked after us could not of been more helpful and accommodating. He coordinated a suitable time and even arranged the technician(Jack) to meet us at our campsite. Jack was So pleasant and professional. He had a long drive to get to us and an even longer drive home. I seriously Cannot fault these guys, they saved our holiday , I could go on forever. AMAZING SERVICE Thank You .

Superb customer service and swift response to my request

Everybody at the Swansea branch was as helpful as it was possible to be given the stress I was under to get the rear screen replaced before driving home to Buckinghamshire. In particular Dave for organising the repair on a Saturday on our way home and Peter for doing a great job very efficiently to get us on our way. Thanks to them both!

I am very disappointed with the service I received. During my windscreen replacement, the technician turned off my dashcam, which was connected via the OBD port for continuous recording, and the power cable was subsequently damaged, leaving the camera unable to record. When I raised this, responsibility was denied.

Two days later, my 2016 Lexus RX450h F Sport was stolen. I reported this to the police and explained that your company was the only third party to have physical access to the vehicle and key during this period.

I am not alleging that your company was involved in the theft, but the timing and circumstances have left me extremely concerned. Regardless, damaging my equipment and denying responsibility was unacceptable. I would not use or recommend this company again.

The booking process was efficient and when I took my car to be repaired it was done quickly so I didn't have to wait too long.

Easy booking process. Very helpful on phone - even phoned to say they had a cancellation and I could go sooner. Excellent customer service at garage.

Failed to turn up for two booked appointments .No contact from Aberdeen centre. Asked to ring back but auto transfered to call centre message with no answer. Unable to contact anyone to confirm status. Telecoms transfered to message centre with no response. Brian the Chat Bot who was also useless.
This is the worst service that I have ever experienced and I would recommend that no other people use this company.
