The screen and fitting were all good. However my dash cam has never been able to stick to the windscreen since.
They must have pulled it off the windscreen rather than releasing the suction. They need training on Nexus dash cams! After trying for a few weeks I gave in and looking at buying a new expensive fitting. Thanks

Very easy to deal with, got the parts quickly (a sunroof) and fitted them very promptly (while I had a full English breakfast). Good experience all round.

Friendly and professional

My windscreen experience was a complete disaster! Took over 2 weeks to get my new windscreen which included 2 cancellations because my replacement hadn’t been delivered! I wouldn’t mind but it’s only a Mazda not a Ferrari! Had to shout and stamp my feet before it got sorted.I definitely would not recommend Auto Windscreens to anyone! I had no choice but to use them as it was through my insurance company.

Easy to book. Arrived on time and did a good job

Before we actually received assistance, I had to listen to a recorded message repeating the phrase "quick & simple" for forty-five minutes—twice.

In the end, we simply drove to the Cardiff branch, where we were welcomed by friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the promised new window wasn't there the next day. However, we were able to continue our journey fairly quickly with a temporary Perspex window.

We had to pay for a brand-new window upfront; after more than two weeks—and several emails and phone calls—the price difference was finally refunded.

Still, 3 stars for the friendly staff and the neat workmanship.

Fitter turned up on time, very friendly and efficient. No complaints at all and took the old screen away. Very happy and a shout out to Will the fitter.
