It’s worth the wait if you request the job to do at home. Would recommend extra tools for the technician from what he encountered. Although it did resolve with my little help. Also hire more technicians for home service bookings. Overall, I would recommend the company. Thumbs up to a good and Friendly technician(James).

No problems, new windscreen done in 2 hours

My visit was met by an extremely polite and courteous gentleman, who explained he was just finishing another customers vehicle, and would be with me within 5 minutes, which he was.
I waited a maximum of 15 minutes, and my vehicle was professionally repaired.

The fitted was quick and good, he couldn’t fit the rear wiper back in as he said the nut was broken

When I booked my repair through Alistair, he wrongly marked my car as needing to go to one of your workshops - because he put it in the category of having windscreen sensors. I rang back the next day because, although I had no idea about windscreen sensors, I wanted to know why I had to go to you rather than you come out to me. The second operator spotted the error and, although I still had to wait three weeks for the repair - they couldn’t fit it in before, apparently, at least a repairer was booked to come out to me. The chap who replaced the windscreen was friendly and seemed to do the job in no time.

Never had service like it from the two lads in the Belfast depot. I arrive with three small kids and had to wait a few hours for the windscreen to be replaced. They dropped us off at the local shopping centre and even picked us up! unbelievable service

The Young lad who came out to repair or windscreen did a brilliant job. You'd have to look really hard to find a small mark from the repair. Well pleased .

Early communication to see if I was able to arrive a little earlier. Expected on arrival, explained exactly what was going to happen and time scale. Very comfortable waiting area with a water cooler and cups. Very satisfied with service and results and the staff were very helpful and professional.
